Including a fully, fenced yard, lock-up shed, single, lock-up garage and off street parking. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom and main living areas are also air conditioned.

A few minutes drive will get you to the newly refurbished Kawana Shopping World and Gold Class Cinemas and only a short walk to local cafes and great coffee. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.
