I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Laura's studio and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. It was clean, quiet, and I felt at home with all the little extras that Laura had provided. Importantly it was warm for chilly winter nights in Dubbo. A brilliant shower and comfy bed.

Talbragar Retreat was a brilliant find! It is exactly as per the photos in the listing! I love Air BNB hosts that give detailed instructions or diagrams for arriving so you aren’t fumbling around wondering if you’re in the right place or parking where you should! Yellow 💛 post = love it! The building enjoys a massive front deck with comfortable seating, great outdoor lighting and a rural outlook. It is behind the main residence but completely private and like the rest of the property immaculately presented! Inside everything is brand new, pristine and just lovely! The bathroom is gorgeous! Quality linen and bedding! Everything has been thought of! Perfect communication with the owner! 10 mins drive to Dubbo’s Main Street, shopping and restaurants! Thank you and we look forward to staying again in 3 weeks! 😊

The Central West has so much beauty to offer, and my visit felt far too short, would have gladly stayed longer if I’d had the chance. Despite the brief stay, this beautiful piece of paradise found its way into a quiet corner of my heart I hadn’t realized was waiting. Edgewater Lodge was cozy and full of charm, with all the thoughtful details of a country manor presented in a neat, tidy package. Sunset on arrival, an evening by the fire pit, before a glorious warm shower and sinking into a luxurious bed. I had an incredibly restful night’s sleep and started the next day with a refreshing 5km walk exploring the stunning countryside at Wallareen Station, home to the charming Edgewater Lodge. The delicious farm-fresh honey and Kerstin’s heartfelt hospitality added such a special touch to the experience. Thank you, I can’t wait to come back!
