Stayed while in town for work, amazing place with plenty of parking space for trucks and trailers available. Cozy and comfortable, felt right at home and the beds were very comfortable, especially after long work days. Highly recommend if in the area!

Very peaceful place to stay. Walkable to a very clean and well-stocked Dollar General. Amazing to have a clean and well-appointed place to stay when visiting my family in Delbarton. We sat on a veranda adjacent to the rental and enjoyed the babbling creek and many birds. This is the prettiest location and a FANTASTIC place. Well worth the money!!!

I loved sitting on the back porch on the warm spring days listen to the creek as I enjoyed the peace and quiet this Airbnb has to offer. Randy was a perfect host. He was there anytime I needed something the 8 weeks I stayed. I personally was here for work. I was working at Pikeville medical center at the time and this was the best option for me. The drive is about 45 minutes but it’s a beautiful and easy drive.
A charming yellow house features a centrally placed blue door framed by two large windows. A brown star adorns the gabled roof, while a concrete porch provides access to the front entry. Gravel pathways surround the structure, leading to the green landscape beyond.

Perfect! From the first crack of the door we noticed how clean it was. The space was just right with plenty of beds for everyone. They had everything we needed including coffee! Only downfall was no towels. But I totally understand why they didn’t have them. Loved the washer/dryer! The neighbor was also very helpful when we were looking for a place to eat. Parking is perfect for trailers! They even have a hardtop parking spot for the bike to park.

The River Lodge

LaurieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house was great. There was plenty of inside space and we loved the outdoor space. I was happy to find a TV in each bedroom, but we never turned them on because of everything else the place had to offer. The porches, fire pit, pool table, hot tub, and easily accessible and ample parking set this place above the rest for us. Debbie had our trail permits waiting for us saving us a trip to the store and adjusted the dates of our stay last minute to better accommodate us. HMT trails are easy to access and Gilbert has everything we needed for parts, groceries, and dining. We’ll definitely book again when staying in Gilbert!

I have never met such a more kinder host than Dale. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to drive us and in some cases he did. The place was pristine and everything he described. I would recommend this to anyone any time of the year. There's plenty to do here for any adventure. I highly recommend.
