Beautiful Cabin in Red Lick Valley

AmandaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful ensuring we felt right at home. The location was peaceful and there’s a fantastic barbecue restaurant nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Lindsey is a fantastic host. She communicated well, gave us some information about the area and even offered us a late checkout. Great location for climbing at PMRP. Great house with everything you need.

RRG-remote hilltop charm-Great View-HotTuB-Wi-fi!

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
No complaints here. That was about the most peaceful long weekend I've had in my life. We only left the place one time, and that was to tour the backroads in pursuit of ice cream. A lovely place. The photos don't do it justice. I'd easily choose this as my next RRG retreat. I might bring more family next time, as there was plenty of room, and lots of things to do. I enjoyed Margo's local hiking recommendation as well. We never even had to drive to a trailhead, as there's an old dirt road across the street. Lots to explore on that old dirt road. Anyway, wonderful hosts who will make your stay perfect.

Green Pastures Getaway

SavannahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Green Pastures Getaway was the relaxing, peaceful retreat we needed for our family spring break. Perfect amount of space and all the essentials provided; just stopped at the grocery on our way and didn’t need to leave the property all week. We spent our time fishing, boating, reading, doing puzzles and legos, exploring the woods/creek, and hot tubbing. Love the extras to make the outside so enjoyable (picnic table, fire pit with seating, swing, rockers, benches on dock and around the lake, boats. There’s even an outhouse. 😆). Lots of wildlife-deer, coyote, geese, ducks, all kinds of birds. Truly private property which is more difficult to find these days and we really appreciate. A visit to the Natural Bridge is a must; it’s only 15-20 minute drive. Hike less than one mile uphill or use the skylift to the top. We’re already planning our next trip back in the fall!
