L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villa Franca è ubicata a circa 850 metri di altitudine e si affaccia su una balconata sulla Valle del Mercure cerchiata da est a sud dalla catena del Pollino. L'abitazione dispone di un ampio salone con comodo divano letto, cucina attrezzata con camino completa di elettrodomestici, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno, ampio porticato, barbecue esterno. Data la posizione, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le gole del Lao per rafting, monte Pollino per escursioni e le terme di Latronico

La casa vacanze Villa Rosa è situata a Latronico, a 3 km dalle Terme Lucane. Offre servizi gratuiti quali la connessione Wi-Fi e il parcheggio sulla strada adiacente. L'area abitativa è dotata di salotto con divano letto, camino e TV, cucina con zona pranzo, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, due camere da letto, due bagni con doccia, un terrazzo ad est e un patio ad ovest. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla che assicura ampia privacy.

A pochi metri dalla struttura si trovano il supermercato, un bar, la farmacia, la macelleria e l'ufficio postale. Durante il soggiorno siamo a disposizione per ogni evenienza e sempre presenti in loco. Nel caso in cui due ospiti vogliono utilizzare due stanze separatamente é previsto un supplemento di euro 30,00.
