Great location, literally a few steps to the sea, access to all the necessary and necessary things, like silverware plates, a vacuum cleaner, etc. (with a small child, it's really a must-have🙈) and a nice host. Great, modern apartment just off the promenade. Everything was as described. There was no additional cost for parking, pet, internet or the like. We are completely satisfied and would keep coming back. We recommend this apartment!

The apartment is beautiful! We felt like at home straight away! Communication and check-in was absolutely hassle-free! We booked spontaneously and were able to get into the apartment without any problems. It was super clean! The entire complex is very well maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! The view of the ocean is really beautiful! You can hear the waves at night, which we particularly liked. It takes less than 2 minutes and you are at the beach. Again, everything is very clean. The sunsets there are beautiful! In the vicinity you can eat very well. Overall, it was a really great stay! We will be happy to come back! The apartment is definitely recommended!

A modern and nicely decorated apartment in a block of flats located practically on the beach. You can look at the sea from the balcony. Effortless check-in with clear instructions.

The stay at the place was really nice - modern, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. However, I found the check-in and check-out process a bit complicated. You have to drive to an office, which is about 2 km from the property - without a car it is a bit cumbersome. I was also surprised that there was no coffee and tea in the accommodation. Maybe you could improve that in the future - just a little tip from me. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. Thanks

A very nice hostess with a very nice husband. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. By simply knocking on her door, she was always immediately responsive. She also gave us homemade bread with a sausage platter and chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were flexible. All in all, a very nice and pleasant stay.

The stay was very nice. The house was really very clean and we felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach. With our dog, we walked several times a day on the beach & enjoyed the fresh sea air. Iwona was also very friendly and always available. Thank you for everything and best regards 😊

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay We had a wonderful time in this apartment! We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness – everything was absolutely spotless and well maintained. You immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. No traffic noise, no hustle and bustle – just pure relaxation. Nevertheless, shops are easily accessible, baker in the village and discounter in the next village. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable beds, and everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable. Parking is right outside the property. Special praise goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gives great tips for the area and makes you feel welcome. We can fully recommend this apartment!

We stayed at Aleksandra's place as a family and spent a few very nice days there. The house is with its location, right on the national park, is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Aleksandra has put together a lot of helpful tips here. The house also left nothing to be desired, very well equipped - we were happy to use the barbecue and fire bowl. Aleksandra was always available to us. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, so we could enjoy the sand and sea whenever we wanted. The house is nestled in a gorgeous garden surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt very comfortable. :) The house is nice and modernly furnished. The large dining table was ideal for meals as well as puzzle and game nights. It was pleasant that you had many opportunities to do things all around. Overall, we didn't miss anything and we highly recommend this place!

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

We were very satisfied. A very nice apartment right on the Baltic Sea. I can definitely recommend it. We would definitely come back again. :)

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a nice 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't miss anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach is within minutes walking distance and by car it is not far to the shops. We didn't know that Karls Erdbeerhof was only 4 minutes away before arrival and then we were there twice :D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair was unfortunately not yet there outside the season (which we were informed of beforehand). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next visit to Usedom :D

I would recommend it. There were four of us with 2 kids and they slept great on the pull-out sofa, there was enough space. What I loved was that the accommodation has a great terrace with sufficient expiration for the boys(4 +7y). 10/10 was that you had 2 beach chairs there with a windbreak, a volleyball, beach ball game and board games on site. The basics in the kitchen were available(sugar,salt,pepper,oil,coffee+filters,tea various, soap,etc.)really great!! Great stay at the place Beautiful as described in the photos. Beach nearby at 10 mins walking and a great patio overlooking the boating dock. Place was clean and easily reachable by car. Plenty of parking available Only minor issue was that Gudrun manages her BnB through someone else. We were asked to pick up the keys from 8kms away. Thankfully this amazing person who was managing it drove to the BnB Also during check out, there was a bit of back and forth with where were we supposed to leave the keys. Not a big thing but led to some confusion. Nevertheless great stay. We enjoyed it and hopefully will be back again sometime
