We absolutely loved our stay at royal indigo villa for Christmas. The villa is beautiful and it’s right on the beach. The pool was perfect. The kids were in and out the pool constantly. We had the best Christmas celebration here thanks to the team of 5 that worked there. They are super helpful and kept the villa immaculate even though 9 of us were staying there. The chef cooked delicious Sri Lankan food and also was able to cook plain food for the kids. There is a restaurant next door called Shanti shanti that serves excellent cocktails and tasty food. There is also a rope swing next door that provided hours of entertainment for us all. So much fun. Thanks again to the full team and to Stuart for letting us rent the villa for Christmas week and for his excellent communication prior to us arriving. The villa was idyllic I wish I was still there now. 😍

Dear Lahiru, and Uncle, Just a heartfelt thank you for a wonderful stay at your villa on Lake Koggala, truly one of the highlights of our trip. Peaceful, relaxing, and full of unforgettable moments. The setting was magical. Waking to the sounds of wildlife, watching bats sweep across the sunset sky, it all felt alive and special. The variety of birds was incredible, and the monkeys made us feel like nature was putting on a show. The pool was a favorite for both me and our 12-year-old—simple joy at its best. The food was another highlight: every meal delicious, full of local flavor, and clearly made with care. After days of exploring, surfing, and touring, returning to the villa felt like stepping into paradise. The sunsets over the lake and the peaceful energy helped us slow down and truly soak it all in. A big thank you to Lahiru (great cook) and Uncle for helping with transport, great tips, and warm hospitality. Wonderful hosts who exceeded expectations. Adam B and Family

Kasun is a fantastic host, my wife and me enjoyed our stay here at his property. 1. Kasun's communication was proactive, helped us with booking whale watching and snorkeling at Mirissa. 2. Located centrally, it's 3km and 5min to Mirissa Beach. 3. Breakfast was excellent. 4. Located in a safe and a peaceful neighbourhood IMO. 5. There is a Tuk Tuk stand 300mts outside, was easier to walk and board one for travelling to Mirissa. They charge 500 LKR for one trip. 6. Property was very clean.

Super cute place, perfect location. Little thoughtful decorations everywhere, the pool is so clean. We’ve stayed for two nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are all really helpful, very protective of their guests and helped organize some activities for us, very good communication throughout. Hope to be back soon.

We recently stayed at this stunning villa and couldn’t be more impressed. Waking up to this breathtaking view every morning was such a pleasure The villa itself was very stylish, and has all the necessities for a good stay, including even some funniest like boarding games :) It is very good located closento Welligama and Ahangama (5-10 minutes drive with Tuk Tuk), right close to the outstanding restaurant the Cliff. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions We had a very good time there and would definitely like to come back and soak this energy again
