Vacation rentals with lake access in Middle Smithfield Township

Very clean and nice place. Really enjoyed hosting my family here, relatively 20 minutes from major shopping areas. Would recommend.

We had a great time. Beautiful property and perfect location. We traveled into Jim Thorpe (about 10 min drive) for the Fall Foliage Festival and dinner Friday night.

We had an amazing weekend staying at this house in the Poconos! The property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything our group needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The living spaces were cozy, and we loved gathering around the fireplace in the evenings. The outdoor amenities were a highlight—whether it was relaxing on the deck, enjoying the hot tub, or taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was also perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to hiking trails, lakes, and other local attractions. The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this property for any group looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in the Poconos.

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. We stayed for our Mom’s 60th and it was ideal for the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Private beach on the lake with all the amenities you could ask for. She missed nothing when putting this home together from places to stay in each bedroom, to the great gathering area off the kitchen. Extremely clean and so, so cozy! Close to hiking and Jim Thorpe downtown we will definitely be back!!

Michael's place was very cozy, clean and quite. I loved the lake view. felt right at home. Michael was very responsive. all details and descriptions were accurate. loved his list of recommendations for local activities. Our fur baby enjoyed herself as well as we did. Peaceful location, very calm. I loved the area very beautiful scenery, the lake was gorgeous! 🌊 The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This is a nice boat house that feels like a cute home away from home!

Loved the home, it was beautiful! Perfect for the girls trip I planned! Rooms were spacious and had all that we needed! Would definitely book this home again! Loved that there were instructions everywhere for things to be cautious of so that nothing gets broken! The only thing I would say is, I wish the porch & hot tub area had a bit more lighting to it, other than that this home was amazing!

This was a wonderful place. It was exactly what I was looking for and needed. Theresa and Mary were gracious hosts helpful from the beginning with a walkthrough of the house. Theresa was kind in sharing places to eat and hike and where to go around. Mary was also awesome and reached out to me before I even arrived to make sure I was taken care of. The place was fantastic great views of the lake and extremely peaceful which is exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back! My only regret is I didn't get a chance to take out the Kayaks because I couldn't get over how comfortable the bed was and therefore spent too much time on it! Also loved the cookies that waited for me upon my arrival!

Jenny was an amazing host and her husband Wesley was the cherry on top. Incredibly helpful and hospitable. They even invited me to have thanksgiving dinner with them! So cozy, it feels like a home that’s lived in, not a hotel or a commercial space. It’s a warm and loving HOME.

Alev was a wonderful host. Very responsive if we needed anything. Our stay was amazing with the beautiful view. Highly recommend. We look forward to planning another trip during warmer weather!

This was just what we needed. A nice escape from the city. The lake is gorgeous and the quiet was phenomenal. Not gonna lie the steps are a workout, but since that was the only con, it was a totally worth it. Besides, meant I didn’t have to worry about missing workouts. The apartment was so cute and cozy. Everything was super clean. When I had any questions, they were answered immediately. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Laura was very helpful with suggestions and links to fun things to do. She also helped me surprise my wife with flowers for Valentine’s Day by working with a local florist on delivery options.

Annmarie’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, a super short drive or ski in to Jack Frost. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of bed space for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook dinner both nights. We had a wonderful stay!

My stay was amazing! Easy check in and check out. Everything was clean and the place had a lot of basics one would need. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again if I come back to the area.

We had the best ever Polish Family Picnic Re-Union again, in the PL State Park, again staying with Ms. Elwira, Somewhere In Time! This cabin was better in person than what pictures on the listing show. My family and I have gone to our fair share of Airbnbs and this one definitely stands out to us. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions. They gave local recommendations which is so helpful when you don’t know the surrounding area. The cabin’s location was quiet and felt secluded as there are only a few other houses nearby (which felt like none bc it was quiet), but it was so close to so many things! The firepit was already set up for us to enjoy a fire. The house was so well stocked. We always bring extra things with us because you never know if they will have it but with this house, there was no need for us to bring any of those extra items. If we needed something, the house had it. My husband really enjoyed the fishing! My daughters loved watching the local wildlife. We didn’t have a care in the world and got to enjoy some quality time together in a peaceful setting! We will be back!

The place was exactly what we needed! My friends & I had a little group trip for snow tubing and Wioletta’s place had everything we needed for a night away! We were able to get to the mountain safely / in good time and come back to enjoy games + a movie in the living room. Place was beautifully decorated and very clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend! We will be back!! :)

We stayed at this beautiful cozy home celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The Hot tub enclosure was perfect because we received 3 inches of snow. Made some s’mores on the fire pit and visited some local stores. This home came stocked with everything you could need, and there are stores and restaurants close by if there’s something else you may want. We ran into a dead battery situation on my vehicle upon departure and our hosts were immediately responsive and found me help as quick as they could, and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home. We look to visit again when the weather is warmer.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Its location is perfect and it’s a quiet place to relax for a weekend. We used the Canoes supplied with the house and got the children out on the water. It’s a lovely place to stay and an attentive host.

Karan was awesome helped with anything and everything I had questions about. Was very informative about the surrounding area and was very quick to answer. Would definitely come back here again next time!!

Janet & Jerry’s home was awesome! My family loved it and the scenery. We did not get the chance to check out the lake but we definitely plan to visit again so we can get the full experience. You wont be disappointed at all!

This was the perfect sister get away! Obviously the animals were the best part. The horses, especially Moondance, were so friendly and sweet. The cabin was comfortable. At first the common area smelled of cigarette smoke, but we opened the windows as it was a nice weekend. There is no limitation on coffee this place had every machine…just make sure you bring your favorite coffee! We mostly stayed on the BEAUTIFUL property, went boating and hung out with the animals! The animals were hands down the best part. They all were super friendly even the Emus. These animals LOVE to be fed! They are in the process of making this place even better and I can’t recommend it enough! We would 100% come back and recommend this place to family and friends!
