Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

The place is beautiful and distinctive with its simplicity and cleanliness .. In addition to this, the host's bustiness and responsiveness I thank him for his generosity, his good manners and God bless him.

Ahmed's apartment is recommended is clean and tidy and meets the views , its location is excellent , in a lively area, restaurants and supermarket cafes are all located in the area

Great location, 15 mins walk from Al Wurud 2 metro station. Alwaleed was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Rafiq was always on hand and very friendly. Great stay.

Ahmed is very nice person .we spend wonderful days in his accommodation. the only problem he got one air-conditioning in one room.

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house is in a great location on the island of Lemnos. The interior is quite thoughtful and very beautiful outdoor space. George very informative and friendly. When we meet again in Limnos ( which will soon be) we will prefer it.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Mr. Abdo is a great host. Villa is too clean and combination of a ancient house with all new high quality renovation. very peaceful and calm place.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Fadi's place felt like home. Really enjoyed our stay there, so close to Sweifiyeh Village, yet in a quiet street. Plenty of natural light, and worked remotely from there with good wifi the whole time. Fadi was also very responsive to any questions through our stay. Love the layout and decor as well. We LOVED our stay on Naxos -- the cherry on top was our stay with Giannis. The view from this apartment is truly stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is very walkable, while still feeling private and quiet. Giannis was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Giannis!
