Very good value for money in a great location!

From the moment we booked our host Irma was helpful and answered all queries. The house was as described and exactly what we hoped for. We had easy instructions to follow and she was there to meet us with little gifts of local bread and bits. She helped us with places to go and even took us on a lovely walk around the town and along the canal to see a beautiful sunset. The house whilst in a beautiful, peaceful location was close for us to visit all the towns we planned to including Gouda, Delft, Kijkduin and seeing the tulips. We had a lovely holiday which was made even better by having such a wonderful host.

Audra is a wonderful host. We didn't meet personally, but the communication was really good. Her house is a wonderful place to relax and find rest after exploring Delft, Den Haag or any other spot around Delft. Within 10 minutes you reach the main station by foot. Looking forward to visiting Delft and her place again.

Willem was very reactive in our communication, he came by very quickly to correct a few small, minor things that were not urgent at all. The house is very convenient, it has everything for a short and long stay in Delft, it is walking distance from restaurants, bars and the train station. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for a stay in Delft, to discover the city or for a longer, professional stay, not more expensive than a hotel. I can recommend!

The apartment is clear and the living room is lovely. It is close to the city center and within walking distance. The apartment matches the description of the host. Alexander is flexible on schedules.

The accommodation is very well equipped and very nice from the presentation. Small balcony with block on the water, large bright living room and well equipped kitchen. Walking in 5-10 minutes you are at the metro station and in 10 minutes in downtown. By car it is a bit strange to find but otherwise everything was very good. The value for money is extremely good and if we go to Rotterdam again I will look for this accommodation again.

Martine is a very friendly, accommodating and helpful hostess. Your house is great, bright, very nicely decorated, very well equipped, great plants - really something special! Four of the beds are very comfortable and wide, the bathrooms are great. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is situated in a very pleasant and quiet area, yet within walking distance of the historic center. Older people should know that the stairs in the house are challenging, which is completely normal in Holland; one of the beds is a bunk bed, which is more suitable for younger people. The sofa is quite comfortable for this. We were five friends over 60 and really enjoyed staying in the beautiful house and garden!! Thanks Martine :)

Great little apartment in the heart of Delft, only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants and pubs right outside your doorstep. Apartment had everything you need for a short or even a long stay ( I stayed a month ) Comfortable bed and good kitchen space. Host was amazing and very responsive. Only downside would be the proximity to the nightclub so on Fri / Sats you would have noise in the alley until 4 or 5 am. Understandable as it seems delft is a university city. Host provided ear plugs which I only had to use a couple times after I discovered there was a fan upstairs you can use for white noise. So not a big deal for me , just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay there again.

The communication at the beginning, before the trip started, was already super friendly. Due to a construction site, Floor had sent me a screenshot of the route directly, so we arrived at the accommodation without any problems. On site, it is beautiful and quiet. Horses, chickens and pheasants can be seen on the farm. There is also an extra dedicated parking space for Air BnB guests. Floor welcomed us warmly and explained everything in the apartment. She also gave us many tips on what to do over the weekend. Delft is definitely a good recommendation here. Floor also responded super quickly to last-minute messages. We ordered the homemade breakfast on the last day. It was super delicious and is definitely worth the price! I will definitely come back. Thanks again, dear Floor. 🧡
