Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

This small apartment is unique because of the wide views. Two large terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and the dunes of the hinterland. It's lovely to stay here. All basic necessities are available in the cozy apartment. The living room includes an open kitchen, table for 2 people and a lounge. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm wide bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The elevator takes you to the 9th floor; the stairs lead you to the 10th floor.

Fantastic studio on the 3th floor with great sea view. Fully equiped: kitchen with dishwasher, combi-microwave, senseo, ...Small bathroom with shower/bad. Nearby the mainstreet, the parc, resto,...on a few kilometres of Ostend. Note that from September 15/09/2025 the will be renovating the back frontage of the building. This can cause discomfort during week days. During holiday periods they won’t work. From 2026 the started also the renovation of the digue, this can also bring extra noice.

In addition, there is also a sofa bed that you can pull out. Both beds are in the same room, as this is a studio. There is WiFi and digital TV. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, supermarket, laundry, restaurants.

Our newly renovated apartment in summer of 2021 is located around Zeedijk 200 on the 9th floor in Middelkerke. The apartment features a full bedroom with a double bed of 1m80 wide as well as a sleeping corner with bunk bed. So max 4 people. We also offer our enclosed garage box as an extra asset (located in the same street as the apartment but on level -1 with a rather steep driveway, so not suitable for high or very wide vehicles).
