The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Nearby the mainstreet, the parc, resto,...on a few kilometres of Ostend. Note that from September 15/09/2025 the will be renovating the back frontage of the building. This can cause discomfort during week days. During holiday periods they won’t work. From 2026 the started also the renovation of the digue, this can also bring extra noice.

Our newly renovated apartment in summer of 2021 is located around Zeedijk 200 on the 9th floor in Middelkerke. The apartment features a full bedroom with a double bed of 1m80 wide as well as a sleeping corner with bunk bed. So max 4 people. We also offer our enclosed garage box as an extra asset (located in the same street as the apartment but on level -1 with a rather steep driveway, so not suitable for high or very wide vehicles).
