This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double and one queen sized bedroom, sofa bed and a delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. Note: Stairs can be steep for the infirm.

The historic cottage is an ideal base from which to explore Derby, Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park. Located across the River Derwent from The West Mill and River Mill venues, the cottage provides the perfect spot for guests seeking a peaceful night after a day of celebrations. NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

The Butlers Quarters is a charming, well equipped and cosy self-contained flat attached to a grand Victorian family home. This was once where the house staff lived! It's within walking distance of the city, parks and countryside, with Derby's historic Cathedral Quarter and the Darley Abbey World Heritage site on the doorstep. The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo/business travellers as well as families. We are within easy reach of the fantastic Peak District National Park.

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance

We are nestled in the garden of Poplars Farm House located in Stanton-by-Bridge in the Trent River valley.
