Simple & cute, our beachy 1 bed unit is on the 2nd floor with outside stairs The perfect place for the budget conscious traveler that wants a central location on the island with easy access to beaches and nearby restaurants. An ice cream shop and 2 restaurants < 5 mins walk. We're a 6.5 min walk to Jollyhall Beach, and there's a beach < 5 mins from us that is so unused it doesn't have a name! Just 5 min drive from GGT and 5 min drive from most nightlife and activities.

Ronald and his wife were very kind since we arrived in Exuma. They provided us with the property information they asked for at customs in a very fast time and came to us by car to allow us to find the car right away. They offered us drinks after a small problem with a room tubing resolved in a few hours, we really appreciated this kindness! The room was perfect, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to wash and cook, there is also a sea bag with masks and a fridge bag. Everything is very clean. Very quiet area. Total relaxation and sunset view from the veranda.

We enjoyed our stay at February Point. We have lived in the area for years and were pleased to see what the community was actually like. The clear blue ocean waters were the most beautiful view. Love love love Exuma can’t wait to get back!

Our stay was very nice. Just an FYI The house in the pics is blue, but it is painted yellow now. We loved the location. The pool was nice to have! We rented snorkel gear, Elvis's boat one day and took a half day excursion to see the pigs, iguanas, and the blue hole to snorkel. Very nice! Elvis is a big help on anything you need or info for things to do. The beach at Tropic of Cancer was wonderful. Grab a bite at Tropical Breeze near there! Enjoy!

Fina's home is clean and welcoming with lots of extra amenities! The top floor offers scenic tranquility with views of the beautiful bonefish flats and sandbars, perfect for kayakers and anglers. Clear instructions on where to go and what to do was very helpful. A must experience for those looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

We both cannot say enough about Carmela. We check out many Airbnb sites. This was an important trip as it was our honeymoon! From the moment we signed up, our communication with Carmela was fabulous. From the very beginning, she was helpful. She was thorough, very friendly and even supportive with our circumstances. Upon arrival, everything was as expected with great care from our hosts all the way to great information and clear instructions on what to do on the island and where to go when we were uncertain. The house itself felt like home, super clean very accommodating., and she provided everything that you would need to have an incredible stay. I’ll be honest I had my doubts coming here, but I know for certain when we come back to visit the island the only place we will be staying is with Carmela. Carmela thank you for giving us incredible forever memories! We will always remember starting off our new marriage together and celebrating our honeymoon with you in EXUMA !!

I had no rentalcar it was a perfekt locatetd appartement. I could walk to the supermarket, to take a boat and with a little hike to beautiful beaches. I felt very comfy and safe. The kitchen is well equiped and the bed is good. I would come again next time!
