Wynwood/Design District TH w/heated Pool

Come enjoy this stylish centrally-located 3BR/2.5BA Townhouse with amazing pool in the heart of Miami. Located just a short walk away from the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown Miami. Pool heater is available however to run there is a daily rate of $25. The fee must be paid prior to turning it on. Normal pool temperature is range between 83°F and 85°F. In Miami, normal temperatures are reached by the end of March, early April at which point we do not run the heater.
