A studio with its bedroom area, typical of the area, an old barn from 1850. Within the property with large garden and terrace, quiet. Entrance through the kitchenette, opposite a sitting area with a single sofa bed, then the bedroom area with its separate bathroom and separate toilet. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of deckchairs and birdsong. Parking on site in the yard. Our place is also an artist's studio.

In a pretty village, near Giverny, at the bottom of the garden, you will find a small one-story house with blue shutters, ideal for a peaceful and bucolic stopover. At the gates of Normandy; easy access to A13 towards Rouen or Paris. Train station in Vernon or Gaillon. In the village; small friendly bar that offers bread and croissant delivery in the morning to order. (every day except Monday)
