We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. Close to the university, a body of water, the Opera Theater, and the cathedral.
