The Megarama, rarely available! Beautiful and we love to share it with pleasure. Small 70 m² apartment on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, away from the busy street. We thought: "A hot tub in front of a large TV in the living room, that would be great!" we did it... but in front of a small cinema 2.5 m diagonal. A soft, simple and bling-free atmosphere, with multicolored light and monkeys 🙊. In town, so paid parking. No private parking. Train station and center 10-minute walk.

The 35 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor in a former mansion, in a quiet area, on the garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

If the Üte Z3 is already booked, feel free to try the Üte Z1 😊 Come and let yourself be lulled by the light and sounds of nature in the hanging net, and daydream on the terrace amidst the trees. The Üte Z3 is a small haven of peace and tranquility, perfect for 2 people. Attention steep path to get there 😊 We have implemented firm reservations in view of cancellations without reason, but we remain open to discussion in case of problems ;)

Refurbished independent studio, on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard in a peaceful 18th century condominium. Located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to Place Stanislas and the Opera, and close to all shops. Fully equipped with TV, microwave, fridge, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, linens (sheets, towels). Located 20 minutes by bus from Nancy Thermal, spa guests can enjoy the city center after treatments.
