Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mesnils-sur-Iton

We enjoyed the stay very much with our family. The cottage was well equipped and the rooms were as described. It was all very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms are very spacious. We were received very kindly and flexibly and if we had a question we got a quick answer. Furthermore it is a beautiful place, with lots of nature and tranquility. There are plenty of games and activities in the house that we didn't get bored with even in the rain. Thank you very much!

Beautiful and thoughtful architect house. The spaces are pleasant to live in and the views are magnificent! What a pleasure to wake up or take a bath in front of nature! All in one of the charming villages of Le Perche. Communication has been seamless and efficient. I recommend

A perfect green break for a weekend!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Quiet accommodation in a typical property in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Very nice and functional, we recommend it!

Our night went very well. Joanna was very welcoming and flexible. The accommodation was even better than the photos suggested.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I have to say it was a really great experience. Marie is a very attentive, kind, and friendly host. The shower was amazing—better than the one at home! Everything was comfortable, and it really felt like being at home. I can only recommend it!

Very pleasant stay and accommodation. However, it is a pity not to have been warned that the front door of the building, allowing access to the apartment, had been broken into, for at least a week. It was inaccessible because it was blocked from the inside by a huge trash can. As it is a small building, we didn't feel safe at night. If the information had been communicated to us beforehand, the surprise would have been less. We understand that this is part of the common areas, but it is the main access to the apartment

Beautiful manor surrounded by very beautiful trees, horses. Some rooms are a little "in their own juice" (some windows that cannot be opened, worn/stained parquet) but the whole has a lot of charm and is very convenient for 4 couples with children. The toaster did not work (repaired by the caretaker who lives in a wing of the manor, but failed again) and the barbecue could be of better quality, otherwise no complaints: sufficient dishes, all other equipment worked well. Double bed in the top floor suite: poor quality bedding, the others were OK. We'd love to come back.

We had a lovely weekend here! Buket was very communicative, and the house instructions were very clear The house is beautiful and fairly private. It truly felt like a little oasis.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors. The interior is just as nice, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are thoughtful and available. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!

Our stay with friends in this house was perfect in every way! Lots of space, a very nice garden, very nice pool, trampoline very popular with the little ones... the house is also perfectly equipped especially for families and the bedding is very comfortable. Very responsive concierge. We also really enjoyed the flexible checkout time to make the most of it. We would love to come back for a future stay!

We had a wonderful family weekend at Gregory's beautiful home. Everything comes together for an unforgettable moment, it feels great, great spaces and great hospitality from Gregory 👍as well as very available if we had any questions. The added bonus is that we were able to stay on Sunday until evening with an extra charge it was super nice, we were able to barbecue and fully enjoy the huge garden and its heated pool I recommend this house blindly for a family stay, crazy memories guaranteed

Lovely place for a weekend w friends and children. Would go back. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and each has bathroom. Worthwhile getaway from Paris

A perfect stay. We had a great time with 14 people (8 adults and 6 children). The house is really spacious, with several living spaces. The teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room and the movie theater and the little ones, the playground with swing/slide. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for large groups (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers). The exterior is just as nice: heated pool but also large garden with several areas arranged for eating or just enjoying the calm. Our host's hospitality was efficient and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

What a wonderful home!!! We had a memorable family weekend at Julia's house. We were all impressed by the beauty and grandeur of the place! 10 beautifully furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds, many bathrooms and a huge garden. There was a living room with super comfortable sofas for a very relaxing TV break, in addition to a reception room including a piano, foosball, a small ping pong table, and even a wine cellar, there was something for everyone. It was great! The accommodation was equipped with a BBQ and lots of games for the whole family. Julia was a super flexible and pleasant host, I was really happy with this meeting and delighted with this stay that pleased our whole family. I sincerely hope to be back! Thanks for everything Julia! It was great!

We had a very nice week, really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and has really everything we needed. Great garden with a nice swimming pool. I loved to see the squirrels in the morning. :)
