Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Franco je skvelý a priateľský. 100% nápomocný. Dobre postele. ubytovanie je blízko pláže. Aj keď sme tu boli mimo sezóny, zažili sme veľa a užili si mestečko a okolie.

Wir waren 3 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. War super sauber. Giovanna hat uns beim Check-in alles gezeigt. Wir waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Scilla oder an der Fähre in Sizilien. Wenn man die Strasse runter gelaufen ist, war man direkt am Meer und konnte rüber nach Sizilien schauen. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die gestört hatte, waren die Autofahrer. Das Haus liegt an einer Kurve, d.h. hier wird von jeder Richtung gehubt. Vor allem morgens ab 8.00 Uhr war es recht nervig, zu den anderen Zeiten hatte es uns nicht gestört. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für einen Ausflug nach Scilla oder um nach Sizilien zu kommen.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich TOP! Nur 5 min zu Fuß zu einen wunderschönen Strand. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Quirico war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Margherita sehr genossen! Louise und Lino sind tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer netten ruhigen Umgebung, ist sehr privat und liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Die Möglichkeit das Auto in der eigenen Garage zu parken ist gold wert - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Aperitivo nach Tropea, dem Fischerstädtchen Chianalea di Scilla oder zum Capo Vaticano mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht von der Straße von Messina bis zu den eolischen Inseln. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber einfach in Pargehlia verbracht: Der Strand ist traumhaft und die familienbetriebene Strandbar bietet leckere Mittagsgerichte. Danke Louise und Lino für die tolle Zeit bei Euch - wir kommen gerne wieder !

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Mario’s place is a fabulous one in the gorgeous and historic Sera San Bruno. The place was super comfortable, and decorated in a retro 80s style. Lots of thought has gone into providing a well-equipped and stylish place. Although on a main street, the neighbourhood was safe and quiet, with easy parking too. So much to see in the area. Mario provided great tips for us to visit in the area. Communication with Mario was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Caterina apartment is better than in the photos, the house is full of details and the locations is perfect with a parking space close and also near restorants and activities but with privacy, also the view was amazing. We will definitely come back!

Io ed il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo passato il capodanno in questa struttura. Al check in abbiamo incontrato e conosciuto la signora Stella, disponibile e solare. La nostra breve permanenza è stata più che piacevole e non avremo esitazioni a ritornarci.

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm.
