Large, excellent-quality house with a lot of attention to details. Large, convenient rooms, excellent view. Patio, barbecue, games, large TV, video games, music, fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent place for a large group or a family. Feels like home. Great hospitality of the owner! Great location!

A warm welcome from Nicolas who showed us around the villa. He had provided a welcome food pack of bread, milk and fantastic fruit bowl. The villa is very well equipped and furnished, ageing but clean, functional and comfortable. Excellent WiFi. The pool is a good size and clean. The villa is adjacent to the road but the occasional road noise was not a distraction. Walkable into Pissouri Bay with excellent restaurants although the first 300metres is without a pavement/footpath. Would certainly stay there again.

Nelli is a very nice host, she responded to all my messages and questions. Her place is cozy and feels like home, the cottage is even nicer than the photos. Nelli was so helpful with the check in and we felt like we were in our home. I highly recommend it for other guests Thank you again Nelli

A wonderful place to rest. The deck has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Strolling around the town, you can feel the unique atmosphere of Cyprus. The host is communicative, welcoming, very helpful, and thoughtful. In addition to the hot tub, there was even a massage during the visit. With a pure heart, I can recommend this place to others! It would be nice to come back someday!

We liked the place in the middle of Limassol. There is enough space to park two cars, you’re at the beach in a few minutes. You can reach everything by car within 10 minutes, but you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We were the only ones using the pool.

Lovely setting and a beautiful view from the balcony

We were visiting friends in Anogyra so the Aprikeni house was very conveniently located and only a short walk to the village centre, mini supermarket and local taverna. The house was homely and had everything we needed, including ensuite bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms, and reasonably priced for our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, including stocking the fridge with essentials and a bottle of wine which was very much welcome after a long day travelling. When we come back to Cyprus to visit our friends again, we'll definitely look to see if Aprikeni house is available.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights in September. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool was never busy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of towels and bedding and the AC works great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, it has a nice view. We especially found a lot of joy in the very sweet cats who are roaming around who were always thankful for a treat ☺️🐈

It was a very pleasant stay at the apartment from Sofronis, everything was clean and lovely! The location was extraordinary beautiful. The tavern was also really authentic and had a great food and wine offer. Sofronis was so friendly and welcoming, we can absolutely recommend this apartment. This is a holiday you can wish for :)

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this mountain retreat. It is a historic house with lots of charm - and the views are simply fantastic. It's south West facing so gets wonderful sun - and sitting on the terrace looking out over the pool and valley is a memory we will keep forever. Andreas was very helpful with instructions for finding the property and recommendations for what to do locally and a really wonderful local taverna. Plenty to see in the local area. We would highly recommend :)

There were only two of us on this trip, but we wanted space to spread out, which this lovely little villa gave us. There was a great sized pool with excellent seating around - including smart wooden loungers and a modern dining table and chairs. The villa was spotless and suited our needs perfectly. A welcome pack and lots of towels were kindly provided by Stavros the owner. Stavros was an amazing host - he responded to messages quickly, dealt with any questions promptly and visited early on to make sure everything was ok. He even helped us out with a taxi service when we asked (managed by his niece and nephew - who were also great). We needed a car - I have a slight heart condition and was unable to walk to restaurants etc, but my husband did and it took him about 20 minutes to get into Pissouri village - steep hill. Having our car was great for trips to Paphos, local golf courses, etc but having access to taxis was great for night’s out. Overall lovely villa and holiday

She was super responsive, kind, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Rachel is really a superhost! From the first minutes of booking and until check-out, a reliable, beautiful option one of the best offers in Limassol, definitely worth its money, everything is provided and care for guests is maximum, clean, new furniture and renovation, great location 2 minutes from the beaches and a beautiful walking area along the sea among the trees and lots of cafes, parks and playgrounds and sports grounds, Rachel is really very responsive! We have already paid for two more periods of stay! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely one month stay at Anthony’s apartment. His pre arrival info ensured we easily found the apartment and checked in. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained, often we were the only ones using it. The apartment is nicely located with plenty of eateries, bars and shops a few minutes walk and the bus to the Old Port was by the gate and very handy.

Very nice and cozy house (seems to have been decorated with love) in a nice village but nevertheless with a good view and quiet. We enjoyed the short walk through the village every morning and evening as there were always different things (and people) to see. Great starting point for hikes up in the mountains or at the coast which helped us to well adapt to the weather conditions. We were able to enjoy breakfast by the pool with a nice view every morning. Thanks for providing this nice place!

great place and super friendly host. we came with a one year old and there was a cod and child chair ready to use when we arrived. Plus some lunch was ready for us to make after a 5 hour travel so that was extremely welcome.

The villa is charming. Traditional design with stone walls, exposed beam ceilings, all opening into a wonderful walled courtyard. And yet, it has all of the modern amenities needed. The hosts had local bread, cheeses, and a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to prepare meals which we usually ate outside in the courtyard. The village is quiet and a good starting point for visiting the mountains and nearby villages. Lastly, the hosts were uber responsive and provided a professional, beautiful guide to the villa and surrounding areas. We loved our stay.
