The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed (new L140 mattress), a large closet, and a bathroom (shower, vanity, and toilet).

It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined with a suitable system), a shower room, a separate toilet, a wooden terrace of 10m² and a garden of 50m² facing west, a private parking space within the residence.

Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
