Everything was perfect as expected. However, if you have two vehicles, this probably needs to be considered when staying here, as street parking isn’t as close as expected and immediate out the front of house parking is limited to one car spot or for a smaller to medium size vehicle, which makes things a bit difficult haha. Otherwise, amazing stay, super close to beach and convention centre and other services. I definitely recommend!! <3 amazing service from host too.

This apartment is really stunning and we loved our stay here. We felt really at home and the apartment has gorgeous ocean views and is beautifully decorated. There are lots of useful things there for you to use during your stay (such as a beach tent!) and the whole apartment is really well thought out. We would definitely stay again!

Kim's place at Gold Coast exceeded my expectations! The stunning ocean view from the large window was breathtaking. The central location made it easy to explore, and the included car space was a huge plus. The place was spotless and felt like home. Kim was super responsive and made the whole experience seamless. Wow. This apartment is gold coast’s best kept secret (accommodation). We can’tThank Susie enough for making our stay extra great. From checkin Susie communication was fantastic. Easy checkin and run down of the property. Now the apartment is everything the photos show. It’s absolutely stunning! Renovated with stunning finishes in kitchen and bathrooms. 2 x large ocean view rooms one with ensuite. One room has balcony. Large new modern kitchen with new finishes. The view from kitchen & dinning is amazing & opens to ocean view balcony. 5 min walk from Cavill Mall & the Surfers Paradise sign. Beach at door step. We loved this place so much we can’t wait to come back. You never want to leave.

A home away from home, beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, amazing view. Very well stocked with all the essentials you might need for an extended stay. Very comfortable beds, Air Conditioning was a blessing during the hot days. Amazing quiet beach, steps from the apartment, including Lifeguard station just in front. Very nice pool to relax and all the shopping you might need close by. Sunrise from the balcony was just breathtaking. "Did I mentioned the view", just amazing. Highly recommended, we will definitely rent from Karin on our next visit to the Gold Coast. Perfect !!!
