We stayed here for graduation and this was the perfect place for our family to stay. The home was very clean and my infant enjoyed crawling around the spacious living room. I highly recommend staying here over the local hotels.

Fantastic place! Very organized host who thought of everything, even down to designated parking sign. It is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and the only AirBnB I’ve enjoyed a heated bathroom floor! Super cute and cozy and close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Bertha was so charming! We traveled with three of our children and they loved the bunk room. The location was perfect. We walked the neighborhood and then looped through the downtown area with ease. I especially loved that they gave recommendations of places to see and things to do before I had the chance to ask.

Kerri was a terrific host, always responsive with any all questions. The apartment itself was very nice, beds were very comfortable and while you think you are far away from town, its actually right down the road. I inquired about an iron/ironing board prior to our arrival and Kerri told me she wasn't sure if there was one or not. By the time we arrived she had placed a brand new iron and ironing board in the unit. We would definitely use Kerri again.

Millie is a fantastic hostess and ill actually be back next week for at least 2 weeks and passibly the month. i definitely recommend staying here if you like the downtown art deco somewhat bohemian feel. Thanks again Millie, see you soon!!

This is our third time renting the unit, and we won’t go anywhere else! Kierra is very receptive and polite. I feel like she’s a family friend. The unit is very cozy and clean. It’s close to campus, which is a plus for us. We can’t wait to get back to our “State home.”

My only complaint- wish there was a ceiling fan in the Downstairs bedroom- it was a little warm

I don’t know why anyone would stay at a hotel when this place exists! Perfect location for doing things in Hattiesburg. Gavin was super responsive and helpful. Very well decorated and spacious place. I was very comfortable here and would absolutely look to stay again.

Any issues was resolved instantly and the host was very proactive and checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed I would definitely stay again

We feel in love with this place. We came for a family wedding and our travel from Midland Tx was long and exhausting. We had a bad experience in a hotel that had mold. After a long drive we arrived at the condo and we immediately felt the love and inviting the condo had. Very clean home and perfect for any type of family. We enjoyed the wedding. But what made our trip worth was staying here at this beautiful condo. We definitely recommend this place. And if we ever need to come back, we I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you for letting us stay at your place and accommodating us when we needed it the most. We are forever grateful for the emergency stay after our car flooding incident. This was perfect for what we needed and I am grateful to the hosts for being flexible with our check in and check out. I highly recommend this for a couple staying in hattiesburg.

Loved the character of the place and the location was ideal for walking to area shops and restaurants. Parking was tricky as there are a lot of 2 hour parking places but we were able to find parking close by. Squeaky floors are really loud but it didn’t make or break the stay. Plenty of room/beds. Would have been nice to have closets or dressers for clothes but clothing racks and hangers were provided so we made it work! All in all, would recommend this place.

Place was very clean and accessible. I was by myself but would fit 3-4 comfortably. Patricia communicated uber-quick and answered ALL my questions.

We loved the experience of staying in a one-of-a kind home. A home with this much character and getting to experience it even just for one night as we needed a place to rest on our way to Carolinas was priceless. Thankful that Jim host this unique home for enjoyment by those that appreciate its rarity. Absolutely LOVED everything from the high ceilings, large beveled glass doors and mirrored doors, wood floors, decor, fixtures… Hope to get the chance to stay again when in the area again.

Our host was there to meet us as we arrived. She gave us a tour of the property. This property was very well equipped with all that one would need for a pleasant stay! We look forward to coming back to visit during MSU baseball season!

Adrienne was great! The home was stunning and I felt like I was staying in a castle, plenty to do and so much cool art to see. Met lots of locals and had a blast.
