Beautiful appartement in the beating heart of Naples. Nunzia and Mario were great hosts, communication with them was easy and Nunzia even gave us some recommendations of restaurants to discover naepolitan cuisine. Check in was super easy, Nunzia and Mario were there to welcome us in person with some treats. Thank you again Nunzia and Mario, it was a pleasure to stay at your apartment and to discover your beautiful city.

Amazing stay in Naples!! Clean, has everything you can think of for guests, even provided breakfast items. The whole place was super clean. Anna was incredibly flexible and responsive, gave great recommendations. The balconies were amazing, can’t safe enough good things about our stay here!

Don’t rely on Google maps. After taking the Alibus to the port, it’s a straight walk through Plaza Municipo, keep going straight and you’re there in 10-15 mins. Google maps route suggested 25min walk - weird route. Must have over looked the photos but couple of things to note….no lounge and no windows. Very busy area right next door to the Maradonna Museum. Plenty to do and see - loads of walking and easy to use Metro - good value for money. Quite noisy at night though - mopeds everywhere - and a fair bit of noise from upstairs neighbours. We did sleep well though - good beds and bedding. All in all good place to stay in the heart of Naples and Rita is a superb host.

Je vous recommande ce logement si vous venez à Naples pour quelques jours. Il est accessible facilement à pied depuis la gare et on est pas très loin du centre historique a pied. Le logement est très propre. L’arrivée autonome est très pratique :) je recommande à 100%

From the moment we arrived—actually, even before that—Stefano made us feel completely at home in Napoli. He was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer messages and offer help. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, but what really made the stay special were all of Stefano’s amazing tips. He had great suggestions for where to eat, drink, and explore, and thanks to him, we got to experience Napoli like locals. We felt really well looked after the entire time. If you're coming to Napoli, definitely stay with Stefano—he’s the best! Grazie mille!

Thank you so much Nico! We loved to stay at your beautiful apartment. The terrace and the view is incredible :). Even though we had some delay because of some unforeseen issues with our travels Nico helped us right away and managed to make us feel welcome after arriving pretty exhausted. It has also been pretty easy with parking right next to the building! Would definitely recommend to stay here and make your Napoli-Trip even more beautiful!!!

Four of us traveled together and the apartment was more than enough room, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and dining room were also large. What we really liked was being in a non-touristy area. We were able to get a bus, train, or even a funicular to get into the heart of Naples in about 20 minutes. The local area was filled with shops and restaurants, including a coffee place and sandwich shop downstairs. In addition, our hosts gave us many excellent recommendations, and they also checked on us during our stay. We enjoyed the area and apartment tremendously.

Pino was so responsive, welcoming, and sweet when we got to his clean place. It was the perfect place to relax and sleep after a day of 20+ hours of traveling.

It was very central to everything we wanted to see and Teodoro was a great host, if we needed anything he got it for us. Plus he has a fantastic pizzeria just up the street that was very convenient for dinner

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es gab alles was man brauchte. Mit dem Bus war man in 35 min in der Innnestadt und in Fußnähe befand sich eine super Bäckerei mit Mega Preisen und leckeren Speisen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Und ich würde das AirBnB wieder buchen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, günstig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Metrostation in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe.Ebenfalls Restaurants , wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Besonders schön, war die Terrasse, die wir zum frühstücken und auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war super, wie haben sofort Rückmeldung bekommen. Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht und auch im Haus. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Neapel kommen, immer wieder dort . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Séjour impeccable de 2 nuits à l’appartement Ecogreen. Enrico nous a chaleureusement accueilli au parking pour laisser notre voiture. Il nous a ensuite indiqué le chemin en nous proposant d’apporter quelques uns de nos bagages en scooter ! Enrico nous donne de bons conseils pour visiter Naples. Il est très serviable, l’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité d’un métro et de via Toledo. Très propre, Enrico laisse même des brosses à dents, petits biscuits, eau, etc. Il nous a même raccompagné à bord de son scooter jusqu’à la sortie des « ruelles » pour se rendre plus facilement à la route principale. Rien à dire, correspond totalement à l’annonce! Merci Enrico !

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Super host, recommend, close to so many amenities and close to train station, apartment is very calm and peaceful areas. Grazie mille

L’emplacement du logement est idéal, il est proche de tous les lieux touristiques, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L’arrivée dans le logement est très pratique et Anna très réactive. Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Il fait frais dans l’appartement mais il y a les climatisations (dans le salon et dans la chambre) si vous avez trop chaud ou trop froid. Anna est très gentille et sympathique et répond très rapidement, merci pour tout.

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple, avec éventuellement un enfant, situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble (accès par ascenseur) et jouissant d’une partie de terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île de Capri. L’immeuble est situé dans une rue calme, a sens unique.. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre l’apéro voire manger à deux. A proximité (3mn à pied) il y a un petit super marché Deco, bien utile. Après, on peut aller à pied jusqu’au métro Mergellina sur la ligne 2 pour aller en centre ville, ou prendre un funiculaire. Et on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le bord de mer. On trouve d’excellentes pizzeria un peu partout, à prix très abordables., tout comme les restaurants. Il faut prendre en compte que Naples est construite sur une colline, alors les rues montent parfois fort… Autre particularité, le réseau de métro, n’a que très peu de correspondances entre les lignes, pour un parisien c’est déconcertant. Par contre il y a beaucoup de taxis, abordables.

Het appartement met het mooiste uitzicht van Napels. Je ziet de zee, Capri en de Vesuvius. Napels kan de eerste dag wat overweldigend zijn maar dag twee is al veel beter. Je zit midden in het centrum. Winkeltjes, Pizzaria’s en koffie barretjes overal om je heen. Het appartement is echt een huis. En de eigenaren Sal en Ros wonen beneden. Ze zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen schrik je hebt een eigen ingang. Wil je het echte Napels beleven boek dan dit appartement. We waren met onze drie honden en die waren ook heel welkom

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Stefano, qui a été très accueillant avec nous lors de notre arrivée (recommandations, échanges...) L'appartement est fidèle à la description, proche des différentes attractions à voir, il est facile de tout faire à pied.

Marco was a great host from start to finish. He helped us navigate around Naples after we got a little lost and gave us lots of great recommendations for eating / drinking out. He was very quick to respond communication wise and made everything easy for us. Apartment is central and close to supermarkets / public transport. The bed was comfy too! I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus!
