Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mergellina, Naples

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Luana (5 personnes pendant 5 jours). Luana est très sympathique, communique beaucoup et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. L'appartement est propre, confortable et spacieux mais un peu sombre (peut-être être un avantage en été quand il fait très chaud mais nous y étions en avril). Pozzuoli est une ville calme et tranquille. - Terrasse très appréciable pour le déjeuner - 2 salles de bain/WC - Appartement à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare de Pozzuoli - trains pour Naples très fréquents (trajet de 40 minutes pour rejoindre la gare centrale de Naples Garibaldi, 2.6 € ). De la gare centrale, trains pour Pompéi, Herculanum, le Vésuve ou Sorrente. - Bus 101 à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement pour rejoindre le centre de Naples ou la gare maritime (trajet de 30-40 minutes). - Supermarché à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement - ouvert le dimanche matin

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Küche um frischen Kaffee zuzubereiten oder auch ein paar Dinge für ein erstes Morgenessen. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche mit Duschmittel und war sauber und praktisch. Das Zimmer war relativ gross, sodass man die eigenen Dinge gut ausbreiten konnte. Der Ort ist sehr praktisch, da es sich mitten in den "Quartieri spagnoli" befindet und man kann vieles aus nächster Nähe und schnell besichtigen. 2 Punkte sollte man wissen: Die Fensterdichtungen sind wie vermutlich überall etwas leichter als bei uns und somit bekommt man den Lärm von aussen mit. Aber bei einem Städtetrip fällt man eh tod ins Bett, was somit nicht weiter stört. Das Bett war gross aber für mein Empfinden etwas hart. Aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die praktische Wohnung auch aufgrund der Preis/-Leistung erneut buchen.

Great location to walk to so many areas. Near Napoli Centrale for day trips to Amalfi and Pompeii. Host left a bunch of treats and breakfast type foods. Tv has Netflix. Kitchen is well equipped.

Our host was AMAZING!! We traveled with 3 small children and a group of 6 adults. We were welcomed with a fresh bake goodie and milk and cereal for the children. On Easter, she made us a homemade baked stuffed bread with desserts and left them for us. She provided beach towels for us on the day we went fishing and swimming. All in all, this place was perfectly located between Napoli and Sorrento and just a stones through from Pompeii. ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

We loved our time in Naples- Franco was so helpful. The location was excellent and the house everything we needed. franco was so helpful, booking a taxi for us to get to our trip early in the morning and to the airport too- thank you so much Franco!

Easy check-in and very kind, helpful communication with the host. The apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished. Around 17 minutes walking distance from the main train station. The main sights are about 40 minutes away on foot, but easy to reach by bus and metro. Also close to shops and supermarkets.

Karmen was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always responsive and eager to assist. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and fully functional. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note about the neighborhood (Centro Storico): while it's a great choice for first-time visitors to Naples, it may not be for everyone. The area has a very old, distinctive charm that might feel quite different from the rest of Italy, or even other parts of Naples. It’s not a safety issue, but it does take a bit of adjustment to the unique scenery. Lastly, while the building itself is quite old and might raise concerns upon arrival, the loft inside is fully renovated and modern, providing a wonderful contrast

This apartment is so great that it makes us want to settle down there for the rest of our lives. It's bright and spacious. It has a cozy living room, a kitchen and a lovely bedroom. It's quiet and clean. It's perfectly located, just across the street from the metro and has everything around the block: supermarkets, restaurants, a coffee bar named Leopoldo (make sure you don't miss their amazing pastries). The host Luca is a delightful and warm-hearted gentleman. He prepared everything for us and when we needed something more, he brought them to us in person. Thank you Luca. It was a lovely stay!

If I could, I'd give Gianluca and his cozy place a couple more stars. Not only for its excellent location, but also for its very comfortable bed and all the appliances working perfectly. Gianluca was waiting for me and welcomed me with water, a nice souvenir, and various details such as sweets, pastries, coffee, and laundry products. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out, as I arrived early and only got tickets to the San Severo Museum on my departure day. He was always attentive to make sure I didn't miss anything and responded to my messages promptly. I will check first his place availability for my next trip to Naples

Antonio offre un appartamento con tutto l'indispensabile e il plus di una terrazza enorme e accogliente con una vista caratteristica sui tetti di Napoli. Il sole sorge dal lato della cucina ed è bellissimo seguirlo mentre illumina la città al canto dei gabbiani. Incantevole fare lì fuori colazione. Inoltre Claudia è stata gentilissima e disponibile a darci le chiavi in anticipo rispetto al check in e consentirci di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima esperienza, grazie!

Luisa merci infiniment pour ton accueil, ta disponibilité, ta gentillesse, ta réactivité, ta flexibilité, ta gentille attention qui a particulièrement touché Luna (petit oeuf de Pâques en chocolat). Ton logement est vraiment une petite bulle de douceur, parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout, en conservant un calme nécessaire après des journées de marche, dans un quartier authentique. Tout était parfait et je ne manquerai pas de recommander ton logement autour de moi, et qui sait peut-être y revenir un jour. Prends soin de toi, ne change rien! Diane et Luna🫶

Superb location near a metro station, close to the old town, train station and port. Easy to find, easy to get in, good size room, clean bathroom and it even has a kitchen (which we didn‘t use). I loved the coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the window opens to a courtyard - not entirely quiet during the night, but for the centrality of the place quite remarkable.

Great old building with all the quirks there of. If you are looking for a spotless up to date place not here. If you want 1718 old Italian charm highly recommend.

Mario was a great Host. Very helpful and his apartment was beautiful. We had a very nice time.

l’appartamento di Antonio e Patrizio è stato una bellissima scoperta; si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, tutte le principali attrazioni si raggiungono a piedi, inoltre a pochi minuti si trova sia la linea M1 (con la quale si possono raggiungere sia il quartiere Vomero, dove si trova castel sant’elmo, sia stazione Garibaldi, sia via toledo) e la linea ferroviaria che porta direttamente alla stazione di Napoli Centrale. Antonio e Patrizio sono stati molti veloci nel rispondere e hanno accolto positivamente la nostra richiesta di lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario del check-out (aspetto molto gradito dato il giorno di pasqua). Infine ci hanno accolto con un piccolo benvenuto che ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa location nel cuore di Napoli :)

We stayed here for 2 days in February 2025 after 12 days in Annamaria’s casetta located on the same (very large) property, when we had an unexpected hiccup with our return flight. I cannot recommend Vomero enough as a location for a longer stay in the city and the B&B’s location within the neighbourhood is perfect, combining tranquility, views and easy proximity to shops and transport via funicular and metro. The room itself is very comfortable, on a separate level to the hosts’ own living area, and includes access to a generously-sized living room. Annamaria and Nicola are warm and gracious hosts in a city of many warm and cheerful folks. We would definitely stay again on the property.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al B&B Abbondanza durante la mia visita a Napoli e posso dire con certezza che è stato uno dei migliori posti in cui io sia mai stata in termini di qualita prezzo. L'ambiente è caldo e accogliente, perfetto per sentirsi a casa anche lontano da casa. La posizione è comoda, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente i punti più interessanti della città. La pulizia è impeccabile, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza e rende il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Un altro punto di forza sono le istruzioni chiare e dettagliate ricevute dal proprietario: mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio fin dal primo momento e hanno reso il check-in e il soggiorno semplicissimi. Consiglio vivamente il B&B Abbondanza a chiunque visiti Napoli. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci! 🌟

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Daniela. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient à disposition. De plus, Daniela est très sympathique et a toujours été réactive à nos demandes. Daniela a été pleine de bonnes attentions à notre égard et nous a donné d'excellents conseils tout au long du séjour.

Gianni and his children were wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a great location and fully stocked with snacks. Let them know what time I would be arriving in Napoli and they made arrangements to have my room ready early. Great communication and easy self check in/check out.

Dario is an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His appartment is modern, clean, cosy and very comfortable. It has a great location- easy walk to the marina and boats and also to the Centro Historico. It was quiet too, which is quite something for Naples😉 I would highly recommend staying there.

방과 화장실 모두 깨끗하고 사진과 일치했습니다. 방은 넓어서 짐을 놓기에도 너무 편했고 침대 매트리스도 정말 좋았어요! 조식으로 제공된 땅콩잼과 꿀을 식빵에 발라먹으니 최고였습니다! 두 마리의 고양이도 너무 귀엽습니다😍 enrico씨는 친절하게 설명해주시고 소렌토까지 가는 방법을 잘 알려주셔서 편안히 앉아서 갈 수 있었어요 너무 감사드립니다:) 여기서 숙박한 것을 후회하지 않고 너무 잘했다고 생각해요 좋은 경험이었습니다!!
