Vacation rentals with beach access in Mergellina, Naples

Super quite place, very well positioned, Toni is a super friendly host trying to translate and helping us out. We took the ferry to Capri the next day, super easy. P-S : amazing great free coffee!

Margherita en haar mama ontvingen ons warm en hartelijk. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en ze namen ruim de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Het appartement is ruim en heel proper. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt (vraag zeker suggesties) maar de keuken had alles om zelf te koken, wat we ook een aantal keren deden. Het lag ideaal voor ons bezoek aan de Vesuvius en Pompeï.

Good place for a homebase. Be ready for stairs. Lots of stairs. Torre Annunziata is a working class town. Near Trecase station for fairly easy travel to Naples or Pompeii. Very good restaurant across the street. Near to markets for necessities. Great coffee shop nearby. Not a touristy area at all. Marco was responsive to questions and checked in during my month at the apartment.

Host greeted us personally and before we arrived she contacted us. The apartment is FANTASTIC to say the least. It is expansive, bright, high ceilings, porcelain floors. Balcony views were breathtaking of the Bay of Napoli. The apartment is pristine, spacious with 2 master bedrooms, a smaller bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and large living room. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes few hundred meters away. There is a bus stop near apartment and there are grocery shops also few hundred meters walking distance from the apartment. The surroundings are peaceful and as stated the scenery is beautiful with unbelievable views of the bay, Mount Vesuvius and Capri. Definitely worth returning back again and again. Truly the life of the “dolce vita”

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche anno fa da Domenico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Così abbiamo voluto ripetere l'esperienza ed è stata ugualmente positiva. Sono host molto gentili e disponibili ed hanno accolto benissimo nostra figlia che era in viaggio di studio. Speriamo di potere ritornare presto a Napoli da Domenico.

This place is right in the heart of Naples- easy to get around! Loved it! Plus the decorations inside make you feel right at home. Easy and nice!

Great old building with all the quirks there of. If you are looking for a spotless up to date place not here. If you want 1718 old Italian charm highly recommend.

Stefano’s place is in the hearth of the city in a stylish local alleyway. Walking distance from pretty much anywhere in Naples, including the restaurants with the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Stefano was always friendly and flexible and kindly included all the amenities and even more. Truly a one of a kind apartment.

Ev tertemizdi ve sadece ihtiyacınız olan seyler vardı gayet yeterliydi. Ev merkezden biraz uzakta eger yurumeyi seviyorsanız ya da trenle giderseniz sorun yok. Biz yurumeyi sevdigimiz icin begendik zaten yazılıydı da. Sadece ust kattan cok ses geliyor geceyarısı 3’te mobilya cekilme sesleri bile oldu. Ev sahibi cok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Ev duzenli ve temiz. Bir daha gelecek olsam burada gene kalırım.Guzel bir kacamak oldu.

A wonderful place, I strongly recommend you to choose it to visit Naples and Bagnoli or all the islands and the best place is there.

Ce logement était très confortable et parfait pour se reposer le soir. Les hôtes sont très réactif et amicale.

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Zeer fijn gelegen appartement, in een rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van strand, winkels, restaurantjes, en archeologische sites (waarvan een aantal helaas gesloten waren op het ogenblik van onze reis). Met een huurauto waren ook Napoli, de Vesuvius, Pompei en andere historische sites gemakkelijk te bezoeken. Massimiliano en zijn moeder gaven ons goeie tips voor lekker eten en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt! Voor liefhebbers van geschiedenis, lekker eten & drinken, en geologie!

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre, bien entretenu. Cuisine au gaz super rare mais impeccable pour le cuisinier. Permet de faire de la vraie cuisine sans ressortir tous les soirs. Vue magnifique sur le Castel de l'Ovo et le Vésuve. Rosa et son équipe sont très amicaux et prêt à vous rendre service, pleins d'informations et de conseils. Ils ont fait un message d'anniversaire à mon épouse. Le seul hic dans tout ça c'est que le quartier est un peu loin du centre ce qui fait qu'on passe pas mal de temps à se déplacer. Nous le savions avant de choisir l'appartement donc une demi surprise. A refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue est superbe. L’appartement confortable et bien équipé et tout est faisable à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes.

이탈리아 여행 중 나폴리를 하루 오게 되어서 예약했어요. 나폴리 중앙역 근처는 위험다는 말들이 많아서 일부러 중심부와 조금 떨어진 곳으로 예약했어요. 예상보다는 조금 멀었지만 집에 들어서는 순간 너무 좋았어요! 사진처럼 깨끗하고 청결해요. 동네도 조용하고 좋아요. 나폴리 시내는 사람이 너무 많고 지저분했는데 이쪽 동네로 와서 나폴리의 여유를 느낄 수 있었어요. 폼페이 유적지를 가기에 참 가까워요. 마리오의 집에 머물 수 있어서 너무 행운이였어요. 고마워요 마리오!! :)

Toppenboende mitt i bästa delen av Napoli. Nära till massa god mat och sevärdheter. Otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig värd. Rekommenderas varmt!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is spotless, with a modern and stylish design that makes it feel both cozy and luxurious. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The overall space is tastefully decorated, just great! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Naples, with easy access to all the city’s best sights, restaurants, and shops. You can explore everything by foot, which makes it so convenient to experience the true essence of Napoli. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. His warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to this wonderful apartment and the incredible experience I had here, I completely fell in love with Naples! Excellent séjour chez Marco. Un accueil chaleureux, des conseils précieux, un emplacement très pratique pour rayonner à Naples, Pompei ou su la côte amalfitaine. Le garage fermé est un vrai plus. Pour finir, un appartement atypique très sympa, vaste et confortable. Merci Marco, c'était top!
