I loved my stay here. Its close to shops, restaurants and two beaches all in walking distance. I was quickly able to start a routine and it nade WFH easy. Wifi was great and between meeting I could easily go relax on a beach. It was easy for Gojeck and Grab to find. There was an issue with the AC that was resolved same day. The beautiful staff even bought me Canang sari to place out daily when requested. Inhad everything I needed. I will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful villa! Made is such a friendly and helpful person he makes you feel very comfortable and makes sure that you are satisfied and happy at all times. He’s very responsive and would offer us rides if we needed. He also offers pick up from the airport which we were very grateful for. You have different options of delicious breakfast and drinks that are provided with the accommodation every morning. They also have filtered water and there’s some food places very close by but if you want to go shopping you can catch a ride there. The villa is as beautiful as shown in the photos and once you’ve come back to the villa after your outings it looks exactly the same. Thank you made for a wonderful experience suksma🙏

We had a truly wonderful stay! Mr. Putu was incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home—even preparing breakfast for my family, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His entire family was equally warm and gracious, making our experience even more special. Miraj was also fantastic—very helpful, super friendly, and even assisted us with our luggage. The kindness and hospitality we received from everyone made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with genuinely amazing and caring hosts, I highly recommend staying here. You’ll feel like part of the family!

We stayed at Hedy's place for over a month and it was a truly exceptional time. The apartment is like new, well maintained and thoroughly cleaned 3 times a week. The area is very quiet, yet central and close to all important places. Contact with the host and his team is top-notch, always responding in minutes and ready to help. I would for sure stay here again, so highly recommend!

This stylish apartment in Ubud was such a gem! It’s cozy, stylish, and full of charm ✨ tucked right above local shops and street shops, so I was never far from a mart, great eats or good coffee. The location is super central, but the apartment still felt peaceful and relaxing. What made it even more special was the host — the sweetest Indonesian auntie who welcomed me like family. She was warm, helpful, and always had the kindest energy. You can tell she really cares about the space and her guests. The place had everything I needed: Wi-Fi, cool AC, vibrant look yet traditional, and a comfy bed. It was the perfect home base for exploring Ubud. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had an absolutely perfect stay here. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately, which really shows how attentive and professional the hosts are. A special shoutout to the driver, Putu – he was amazing! Super friendly, reliable, and made getting around so easy. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special. This AirBnB was amazing. The property in itself was modern and beautiful, has a great living space with kitchen well equipped for cooking as well as water for your drinking needs. The pool was amazing. The great thing about the bedrooms (both come with own toilet, shower and bath) they are separate to living spaces- so for us with children that was great can put the kids to sleep then go about your own thing without waking them up. It is in an area of Seseh that is going under a lot of heavy construction but inside the villa it’s as if nothing was going on outside. This place is ideal if you rent motorbike, but for family of 4 we just called gojek, they come right up to the property door so really no issue about transport. Eva the housekeeper is absolutely incredible, very kind always looking to help out and if you have laundry she happily takes it to be washed just need to pay her afterwards (to cover laundromats fee) overall amazing, would recommend and go back again. Nyoman has been a fantastic Host, he and his family were willing to help at anytime even with the luggage! The lady who brings the breakfast was always very friendly and helpful smiling all time. The surrounding area is really very good with everything you need just a few meters like money change, renting a bike or even a Laundry shop! I recommend to rent a bike from the Nyoman’s brother who is just next door and discover Ubud and surrounding area. I have really no negative points at all. Everything was perfect and exactly like the photos! Definitely gonna book it again or recommend it to other friends.

We had the best stay at villa kook, it is such a beautiful space and we felt right at home. The kitchen/lounge/pool area is gorgeous. We have no complaints at all. Only thing is I wish the sun beds were in the sun they only get sun light in the early morning but after midday the sun beds are in the shade so unable to tan but that is fine. We will defiantly love to come back to stay.

This villa was perfect for our stay in Ubud! Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. The private pool was a godsend on hot Ubud days. Kadek was a really helpful, friendly host: he arranged early check-in for us, transported our suitcase to the villa and sorted a scooter rental for our stay. He also provided super useful extras like plenty of insect repellant and emergency phone numbers. The villa is just off a strip of restaurants, so food is never far away, and it’s only a half an hour walk to central Ubud. We’d happily recommend this place to any couple!

Villa in the center of Ubud, easy to go anywhere, walking distance to various attractions and restaurants.The house is clean and tidy, and the staff are carefully cleaning and taking care of the house.On sunny days, the energy in the house is very good, and the stay is very comfortable. When it rains, it feels a little damp, but it is also normal in Ubud. Wayan and the other staff are very nice, very caring, and I am very happy to stay here.Especially recommended for solo trip women, it's safe here

The staff all speak fluent English and are super helpful. They even have walkie talkies so that they can get you what you need PRONTO! great experience

My expectations were exceeded with this booking considering the cheap price. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they even gifted to me and to other guests platters of fruit and snacks from their ceremonies! This place is great for long stays, I can highly recommend.

This place is a total hidden gem! Super private with just two villas sharing a pool, so it feels really peaceful. The staff are awesome—super helpful with anything you need around the area. There’s even a coworking space nearby, perfect if you’re a digital nomad and need solid Wi-Fi. The kitchen’s fully stocked with utensils, so you can cook, stash your groceries in the fridge—basically everything you need. It honestly feels like a cozy home away from home!

Great place, located near Seminyak beach still not too busy around the apartment. one exit leads directly to Seminyak beach where you can find beautiful sunset! Sari is responsive to all the queries and takes care of things swiftly.

Staying in a Balinese traditional house certainly enhanced the experience. A strategic location, close to several attractions as well as numerous restaurants and boutiques down the streets. Even more ideal for yogis as there are two popular yoga places within walking distance! Great value all in all. Coordination and communication with Imel had been smooth. Be mindful that some amenities are not included but is available at a small price.

What a gorgeous place this is!! It’s private, very quite has a lovely pool (shared) and the kitchen is very well equipped (I’m a chef) and we cooked a lot of nice meals. Good touches where the water filter so your not wasting plastic bottles which is great. Awesome bean bags for lounging on private deck. They left us some snacks too which was sweet. Towels where great quality, bathroom was spacious. Very simple but lovely. Only little issue we had on arrive was the directions (which are perfect) but because the host (who is not around) didn’t know the part of the road just before you get to the villa was closed, like a massive hole in the road and you can’t get through it, we had no idea where our place was. I can understand this must be frustrating to the host if they didn’t know the road was gone. It may help you to change the description whilst there is no road there and therefor the details are not correct. Just before the road works start there is a left turn down the alley and then a right turn down to the villa that would help a lot more to people to find easier. Again some drivers will take you the back way but MOST will not. This is just life and these things happen and it didn’t take away what a lovely time time we had! I would DEFO stay here again, I’ve been to Seminyak loads of times and this was by far the best. The caretaker Wayan is super lovely as his her husband and he even drove us all the way north to our next place. Stay here it’s GREAT!! We had Xmas here and it was super lush x Thanks Carole. We will be back!!

Good location, quiet and safe area. No construction noise. 5 minutes on a go bike to the centre or Canggu. Good location without being right in the middle of the traffic in Canggu. Walking distance to Nirvana Gym. The villa itself is neat and tidy and aligns well with the price.
