A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Country retreat. A lovely, detached two-bedroom guest house situated in one of England’s prettiest "hidden gem" villages. With stunning walks on your doorstep and many unique places within a short drive, this is a beautiful place to retreat from urban life for a few days or weeks. There is no outdoor space with the property but there is a large children’s park one-minute walk over the road. Fantastic mountain bike track five minutes walk away past the castle.
