Stille, Weitblick und Naturverbundenheit. Eine Etage nur für dich. Mit Studio, Küche, Dusche und WC. Gesamt rund 70m². Direkter Zugang zu einem 150m² großen schattigen Garten. Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by the river and offers city views. Just a short walk from the historic old town, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is set in a particularly safe area. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the property, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off during summer. Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.
