The villa is ideal for those who want a place to relax. The backyard is very large. We are only 3 km from the center of Araranguá and 10 minutes by car from Arroio do Silva beach. Pesque Pague on the same street as the house, and water park at 4km.

Apt in residential condominium with 1 double room, 1 single mattress (warn), 2 bathrooms, room, kitchen and 1 parking spot. In the Vila Zuleima neighborhood 4km from Centro 15min. It's comfortable and cozy! Please note: As it is a condominium, it is necessary to comply with the rules of the Regiment that is within the apt.
