Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell und nett kommuniziert. Die Wohnung ist top-gelegen, wenn man täglich zur Universität muss. Ich komme sicher wieder.

The stay at the apartment was good. The place is clean and is like advertised. The area is very quiet and perfect. The communication with the host was great. Very flexible, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend.

Fadhel est un homme très gentil et très serviable. Il a été disponible. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à sa description et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour à 2. Encore un grand merci pour tout. A refaire les yeux fermés.

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, ideale Lage, wenn man Aktivitäten im Großraum Tunis (Carthage, Sidi bou Said... ) plant.

I spent a really wonderful time at Sarah's place, it was clean, organized and very comfy. Sarah and Alex were very nice hosts. i do really recommend🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

The one at Balkiss was without doubt the best stay I have experienced in Tunis (I stayed in four houses). She and her husband Bilel are kind and helpful; the house is impeccable in cleanliness and accuracy. The Wi-Fi connection is good, so I really found it the perfect environment for me working remotely. The location is perfect for visiting the centre of Tunis and also La Medina. Thank you very much, it was like feeling at home. I would come back another hundred times!

Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

Votre maman a été adorable en nous offrant plusieurs plats maison, un geste qui nous a profondément touchés. Grâce à votre hospitalité, nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables, entre découvertes de la capitale, sorties au restaurant et parcs d’attractions. Merci encore pour tout. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre passage chez vous et nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour, in shaa Allah ! Très belle continuation à vous et votre famille.

The host was really helpful and friendly, he arranged our transfers from the airport with a really small charge, that’s been really helpful and saved us lots of stress, once we arrived at the villa he had a really warm welcoming, the house it’s really spacious and clean! Really nice rooms and really big spaces, everyone has been lovely to us even on the day we had to leave. I would definitely book with Amir again. Thank you.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Je commence par le hôte Aziz qui est très courtois très réactif et discret La villa est magnifique les photos sur le site ne montrent pas tout le caché de la villa en réalité la villa est beaucoup plus belle que sur le site et une très belle surprise La villa est très authentique bien fidèle à son époque tout en offrant un confort un redoutable. Une librairie est à disposition de quoi occuper les grands et les petits quant aux sportifs une belle piscine et un grand terrain pour faire de l’exercice Nous sommes partis à contrecœur à la fin du séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Malek. Mes parents ont été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention rares : sa maman, qui gère tout sur place, est d’une bienveillance et d’une discrétion admirables. On sent tout de suite qu’ici, l’hospitalité est une vraie valeur familiale. L’appartement est impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût. Tout a été pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs, jusqu’aux moindres détails. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Malek a été extrêmement réactif, disponible et prévenant tout au long du séjour. C’est l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’aie réservés, et je le recommande les yeux fermés. Un immense merci à Malek et à sa maman pour leur accueil si humain et chaleureux !

Magnifique villa, spacieuse et lumineuse. Bel extérieur avec une grande piscine et un jardin vert et fleuri vraiment agréable. Nous étions heureux de retrouver la villa de Yassine après nos journées de découverte. À partir de Mornag, nous avons pu rayonner vers Tunis ( 20mn en voiture), Carthage, Sidi Bousaid, Nabeul, Hammamet … Petit plus, le centre commercial Azur City se trouve à 10 mn, pratique pour les courses tardives. Yassine est un hôte très discret, efficace et réactif. Tous les jours, une dame s’occupe du ménage. Merci à eux deux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sehr schöne und charmante Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Aymen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Check-in/-out hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Aymen war sehr flexibel und einverstanden. Ich habe einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und würde die Wohnung immer wieder als erste Wahl buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au Lac 2. L’emplacement est idéal, très bien desservi et proche de toutes les commodités. La résidence est sécurisée et très agréable. Haifa a été extrêmement gentille, disponible et à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

We were a group of six ladies, and we all absolutely loved Hela’s flat. It was bright, airy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. Hela was there to welcome us on arrival and was warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with, even before we arrived. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Tunis and always responded promptly to our queries and messages. Hela’s beautiful flat was one of the highlights of our trip, and we were all sad to leave. We would all love to stay there again! Thank you Hela 🥰

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.

Je tiens à remercier SLIM pour son hospitalité et sa disponibilité, arrivé à l’aéroport je trouve deja un sms de sa part demandant si je suis arrivé. Très flexible et il te donne ce sentiment qu’il est là pour veiller à ce que vous passez un bon séjour. Pour le logement, c’est dans une résidence privée, propre, calme, bien équipé et les commerces sont à proximité. Conclusion je valide et je referai le même choix next time.
