Great accommodation, close to the city center, privacy, great host

Very friendly hosts. The place is equipped with everything you need and everything is super tidy and clean. Top location, just a few minutes walk to the center and the old town. Although in the listing description nigjde does not stand in the fridge were all the necessary breakfast items that the hosts had carefully prepared. The place is definitely top notch and for reference. Thanks for everything Miljenko and Irena.

The home is spacious, welcoming, and convenient. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the center, bus station, etc. I would particularly emphasize excellent communication with the host - Ms. Tatiana responds immediately and is available to answer any questions.

We had a children's tournament and there was more than enough for what we needed, which was a shower and a bed… The owner contacted us to explain the details before we entered, which was extremely nice, thank you for everything and see you again when we hope to succeed in the pools as well, since they were across the street, but the matches did not work out for us😁

We booked 3 nights for the holidays with the kids. We were greeted by the friendly owner Ina, with a bottle of wine from the family winery, pumpkin oil, and seeds. The spacious family room Paradise Riesling, named after one of the family's wines, was decorated modern but very warm and had everything you needed a comfortable stay. We loved the view from the spacious patio (type: wind the clock for a spectacular sunrise). Ina played us a few board games, which was a great evening party without a TV, even though the channel selection was great. The apartment has a great location for exploring the surrounding area. We visited the castle of Trakošćan and the museum of Krapina prehistoric on the first day, and on the second day we explored Magyarc's Hill, lunch at Terbotz Restaurant, and visited the deer farm. The end around St. Urban is beautiful and we regret that we couldn't stay longer. On the last day, we were in Varaždin, only 30 minutes away. We're already planning to check back in this fall. A warm recommendation for an apartment and Inu that made us feel good.

Very modern apartment unit with a really good location. Everything looked modern, renovated and clean. Really, but really fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer that come in handy for a loger stays. The surroundings were nice, walkable to the Varazdin old town, as well as every other place in the city. The host was very resposinve and helpfull. I fully reccomend this place for stays in Varazdin, Croatia

Amazing place, everything was better than the pictures. Super equipped, everything was very clean, very nice details. The location is great, there are Terme across the street so that was great for us! Ines is a great hostess, very responsive, she gave us local recommendations and was very welcoming! Miljenko is a great host, always responsive and super helpful. The place is exactly like in the pictures and I had a very pleasant experience staying here and in the interactions with him.

Apartment was perfectly clean, it felt like in hotel. There were few toys that kids loved, there was enough space for them to play and dance around. We loved huge garden behind the house so kids could go out and play. Beds are comfortable, we used toaster and coffee machine. The best place to stay when in lovely Cakovec and Medjimurje 🤌🏻🤩🙌🏻🤍

the apartment was very clean and clearly decorated with good taste. Everything for a stay was present. The garden was very nice with a lovely garden set to lounge in. The fruit trees are beautiful and give a lot of atmosphere. The bees buzz in the background. Next to the property is a convenient small supermarket where you can find everything for a simple meal,which is easy to prepare on the electric plates. jagoda is a very thoughtful host ,who is very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Neat, clean, easy communication with the owner, great location, everything as it should be.

My fiancé and I spent the night in the suite. Mrs. Ljerka welcomed us, greeted us with a drink, and was very kind. The apartment is beyond clean, from soft scented towels, fresh linens, and the last detail. The nature and peace around the apartment is indescribable, great for escaping the city, and great relaxation in the jacuzzi in the evening. We're definitely coming back for a vacation at Ljerka's place because the host is great and you felt like you came to someone, every compliment to the host! :)

As last year, we had a nice, uncomplicated stay with a dog and two children. We'd love to come back :-)

The apartment is exactly as described, nice flexible hosts very straightforward and great value for money. I booked because of the comfortable beds, as I have back problems. The mattresses are really comfortable. Thank you.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive to all our questions.
