Beautiful top floor condo with access to the beach and two pools. Has full living room, kitchen equipped with basic cookware and dishes, a master bedroom with private bath, second bedroom with full bath just outside the door. There are two balconies on each side of the main living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. And to top it all, there is a private rooftop lounge and observation deck with ocean views to one side and views of El Yunque rain forest on the other.

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

The outdoor pool area features a kidney-shaped pool surrounded by palm trees and beach views. A shaded pavilion is visible nearby, alongside picnic tables. The pool is enclosed by a blue fence, completing the tranquil setting within the complex.
