Toch is de woning in een rustige straat gelegen, met uitzicht op de prachtige kerk Patershof. De woning is voorzien van een uitgeruste keuken, vernieuwde badkamer en zachte bedden. Prachtige villa in een exclusieve, rustige omgeving in de natuur, midden in de bossen. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd en is zeer ruim. Mooie tuin met terras en tuintafel. Het staat op een privédomein (de bossen rondom het huis zijn privé en dus niet toegankelijk, maar er zijn vele mogelijkheden voor wandelingen in de omgeving). U kan gemakkelijk naar Antwerpen, bv. met de waterbus vanuit Hemiksem.
