Very good everything, only the sofa-cáma had little mattress and one of us slept something uncomfortable.

We truly enjoyed your stay. The house is very cozy and the photos totally matched the place in real life. The main asset of this house is the exterior! A gorgeous terrace to enjoy a drinks outside or have a BBQ. And then as you go down, you find some lovely flowers and plants, and very well maintained garden and finally, the jewel of this place: the pool! It was bigger and more beautiful than on the photos. The fact that it’s heated is also a place. Overall, we would totally recommend it (there’s also a beautiful forest and monastery to visit only a few minutes walk away) especially if you want to disconnect from the city life. If I could put 10 starts I will! it is an amazing house, full of details and in the middle of a wonderful nature spot. We are very happy to choose this Airbnb. I highly recommend it.

We had to search for the place a bit, because Google Maps didn't quite get the coordinates right. The hostess was surprisingly friendly, she didn't stay long, explained everything, and didn't show up again. There are many roses and other beautiful flowers around the house, and there is a terrace-balcony where it is nice to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The house is clean and bright, with nice bedding and everything you need. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the spring and thermal baths, and it is also close to the forest. We did not swim in the pool because it was cold. The only thing I would change in the house is the bed — it creaked a little. Everything else is perfect.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Mario's place is a beautifully renovated old house, with a green and peaceful back yard. The house and the kitchen are fully equipped and modern. The location is in a peaceful rural area, about 20min north of beautiful Coimbra. The pool and, although we did not use it for swimming, makes it a beautiful corner for just staring at, think, reading, you name it. Last but not least, Teresa (the neighbour) who is a co-host and Mario, are both very friendly, easy to communicate with and responsive to any question or ask.

Isabel and daughter were very welcoming hosts. House was tastefully decorated . Location perfect for visiting Avairo and Coimbra . Nice pool . On the last day, late check out was no problem . Sweet and welcoming people . Recommended
