Cozy 2 bedroom Log Cabin in Kinzua Country

Relax with the whole family or friends in this cozy log cabin nestled in Kinzua Country and the Allegheny National Forest. Built in 1946, you get the nostalgic feel with all the modern amenities! Excellent location for your outdoor adventures or a quite weekend getaway. The cabin is located in the Allegheny National Forest so you may encounter bear, deer, coyotes, turkey and other animals that exist in the forest. We do not offer firewood at the cabin. The cabin is NOT handicap accessible.

Fresh spring water is water our cabin runs on! it's clean, crisp and refreshing! Our cabin is available to anyone over the age of 21 and 4 guests maximum.

This home is located in the small town of Mount Jewett in the Pennsylvania Wilds. It is mere steps from the walking/biking trail that leads to the Kinzua Bridge. Also, enjoy easy access to snowmobile trails, (there is sufficient parking for trailers), Elk State park, Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Dam, and much, much more from this perfectly located home base. It is also close enough to Niagara Falls, Lake Erie, Buffalo, Letchworth State Park, and Pine Creek Gorge to take a day trip.

The cabin sits on 3.6 acres alongside route 219. It's a stream front property of the Rocky Run stream with the fork of the West Branch of the Clarion River just below. Both Rocky Run and the West Branch provide excellent trout fishing throughout the seasons.
