Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.

Shared backyard space. The whole indoor space is 140 square foot.

We have an enclosed patio to hang out in fresh air, bbq and dine out there as well.
