The house is divine, very cozy and very cool. Only if it's a bit dusty, a general cleaning would be good, especially in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. Otherwise, I was delighted with the house.

Anderson is super attentive and always answered any questions...thank you friend. the house we really liked adrmas of having everything basic the plus the view of the terrace to the lake, the tranquility and close to the center and tourist and commercial places of the place....recommended...back would

A very nice and comfortable house for a getaway with friends or family. I recommend it 😄

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

I love this place! The location is in the center of San pedro, everything is close (shops, restaurants, bars, ferry rides to other towns). There’s a parking lot on the same street where you can park your car for a fee overnight. This is the most beautiful view of lake atitlan. You are literally right on the water, there’s a boat dock on the back of the building that you can use to chill/swim. Everything worked great & felt safe.

The place is very cute and very well-located. The host communicates clearly and is very helpful. Recommended.

Robert's location is truly beautiful - amazing to wake up to such a view of the lake every morning! Also close by to San Marcos so you can walk or take a tuk tuk there

The casita is beautiful and in an excellent location, very close to the IRTRA parks. Anix was an excellent host. Cleanliness was five stars. We will definitely be back

If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and right on the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and would often message me in the morning to check in and make sure everything was okay. The bar/restaurant on site is a huge plus since this airbnb is outside of any towns - although San Marcos is not too far away. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come back to the lake. Do not hesitate to ask if you need a Tuk Tuk to a nearby town, a boat to a further one, or even a car to the airport. They have contact info for all of that. Highly recommend.

Absolutely magical! This place exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. Kayaking on the lake was an unforgettable experience, peaceful and beautiful in every way. The restaurant food? Incredible! Every meal was delicious and clearly made with care. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the warm welcome by Mr. Vicente and Noelia to the kind ladies in the kitchen and the attentive night security guard, everyone made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, we truly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

A very nice hotel with a beautiful lake view, they were always attentive to us and recommended and helped us to do activities and be able to go to different places with drivers they trusted. We loved everything and we were always very comfortable

Excellent place with amazing views, highly recommended and very friendly staff

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!
