El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado, fácil acceso y Bertha la persona que nos recibió era amigable y estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo. Un lugar muy tranquilo

El lugar estaba muy limpio, le recomendé algunas cosas en la cocina, ya que la humedad por ser un clima cálido es demasiada, pero ella estuvo muy atenta y dispuesta a cambios para mejorar.

Excelente lugar, dentro tiene varias cosas para divertirte y la anfitriona es muy atenta a cualquier duda o lo que necesites. La cercanía a los parques del IRTRA también es impresionante, te toma muy poco tiempo llegar.

Lugar limpio, personal muy amable, siempre están atentos. Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel y el servicio es el mejor de Mazatenango.

El apartamento es moderno, cómodo y bien equipado para una buena estadía. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar los parques del IRTRA. El condominio es bastante tranquilo. La persona que entrega y recibe las llaves es muy amable.

Todo estuvo muy bien menos el aire acondicionada, nunca enfrió. Está cerca de campero y se siente seguro, también tiene parqueo.

The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again! -— El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Las instrucciones para llegar y hacer el check-in fueron muy claras, todo sin ningún tipo de retraso. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, regresaremos en otra ocasión.

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.

This property was outstanding. It’s almost hard to use words to describe the feeling once you arrive. The views are what you notice first followed by the cleanliness and well groomed property. Miguel has done an awesome job with this set up and his responsiveness. I am already looking forward to returning.

Muy lindo el lugar gozamos de las piscinas, jacuzzi, temascal, la fogata, los kayaks, la mesa de Pool todo muy bien organizado. Nos encantaron todas las actividades !
