This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. Sleeping comfort is paramount: luxurious king-size box spring beds with topper (1 especially for tall people: 1.80 x 2.10 meters) and a variety of pillows and blankets to choose from. Something for everyone! Enjoy the wood-burning stove (of course there is also central heating), grab a magazine from the reading tray and make yourself comfortable. The beds are made and bath towels, tea towels are provided.

Experience it in our detached holiday home 'Boite Gewoond' in our yard in Lopik! This holiday home is not suitable for noisy guests.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
