Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.
