My family's stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, organized and cozy. The location is wonderful, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was always very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment was impeccably clean and very fragrant, which made the arrival even more pleasant. The location is also excellent, with markets, bakeries and great restaurants nearby, making everyday life much easier. The host was a real highlight: super friendly, attentive and always available to help. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will certainly stay in this apartment again!

Super quiet and safe place. I'm from Jf, but I haven't lived there for a year and I didn't know there were these houses in Moinho, and it was perfect. Next time I come back to town, I'll definitely stay there again. In front of two great supermarkets, below there is an Araújo pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shop, bar and gym. Very well located in the North Zone of Juiz de Fora. Also, thank the host for their kindness and attention at all times.

Stayed for 5 days of staying alone and the experience was very good The property is great and the price is fair. The location is excellent too. It is possible to hear the train passing a few times in the day, but since I didn't just stay indoors, it didn't affect much during their stay. The owner was very attentive and was willing to help. I would definitely stay again if I return to Juiz de Fora!

Patrícia and Débora were attentive and helpful, responding quickly to all messages. There was a setback in my reservation that was promptly remedied and with a room upgrade... I stayed in the comfortable 601 and it was a very pleasant surprise to find a handwritten welcome letter. I also learned that the room honors the artist Adauto Venturi (a cultural immersion!). Fragrant, comfortable room, modern kitchen, clean bathrooms with a wonderful shower!

The property met expectation. In my case it was only one night, but for longer stays, it serves well because it has a stove, stove, microwave and washing machine. I asked to anticipate the check in a little bit and I was answered. The space was clean, and tidy.
