Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Matanzas

Otoniel is a very nice host. He takes his time to explain stuff or give recommendations. Location is perfect, the room is tidy and clean. The place to be for some time chilling at the beautiful beach of playa larga.

Elia was a great host. She let us use her person cell phone hot spot wifi when needed. She also helped us find a taxi back to to Havana Airport. We enjoyed staying at her place. she was kind, friendly, very helpful & provided wonderful hospitality. The location is abt 1/2 block from the beach. 👍🏽👍🏽

EN: We stayed there for two night and we are really satisfied with our choice. Carmen and Andres are very nice people and they take care for everything we needed. Carmen also cooked for us (dinners and breakfasts) and it was really delicious. The accommodation is close to the beach and to the Viazul bus stations. We can only recommend this accommodation. If we come back to Cuba, for sure we will stay at Carmen and Andres house. ES: Nos alojamos allí por dos noches y estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra elección. Carmen y Andres son personas muy agradables y se encargan de todo lo que necesitábamos. Carmen también cocinó para nosotros (cenas y desayunos) y estuvo realmente delicioso. Marilyn was wonderful. She was most accommodating and friendly. She has become a new friend to us and we appreciated her hospitality. We visited Matanzas with our 2 children and the space was accommodating for all of us. The people of Cuba are very friendly and we hope to have the opportunity to go back some day.

great welcome, perfect shower and great kitchen

A place to unwind. The family is very nice. Breakfast is the best we've had on our trip through Cuba. In the village, there is an interesting museum and Coco Beach is an authentic place where Cubans also spend their weekend. We would have missed something! Thanks again!!!

Excellent, the staff is also super nice, they told us a lot about local customs and also they always attended us with opportunity.

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach and town of Playa Larga. Melisa was very responsive and helpful in organising travel and tours during our stay. She also includes an amazing breakfast each morning to enjoy whilst looking across the pretty fishing bay. I highly recommend doing the enigma de las rocas tour along with snorkelling at the cueva de los pesces. Just a note about the area: the restaurants along the beach all have a stunning view but are very expensive compared to other Cuban restaurants we went to. More like European prices as you are paying for being on the beach (which is paradise!). If you walk into town there are cheaper restaurants. We also had an amazing pizza from a street side shack nearby for only 200CUP!

On the outskirts, pleasant house with direct access to the beach/sea with beautiful terrace. The hosts helpful with organizational talent ( e.g. excursions), Cuban loud.
