Centrally located, it’s a 500m walk to the centre of Matamata and all it has to offer. Tom Grant Drive and Centennial Drive nearby park-like walks shared by all. The beds are a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge is available for use as well. Easily accessed via ramp, the space is private and spacious. A simple breakfast of toast, cereal and hot drinks is provided. A separate deck and fenced yard provides for further enjoyment or secure parking for trailers.

We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Rolling Views Vintage Retreat, for 2 adults only, a rustic old style accommodation, is an 8-minute drive from Hobbiton and Matamata. This relaxing setting has amazing rural views,, sheep, ducks, birds, fish and turtles. A full breakfast with fruit is provided.
