Hurstmere Cottage is 5mins from Matakana. Nestled at the back of our farm, the cottage is surrounded in countryside with tuis, bellbirds and even kookaburras, it is instantaneous relaxation. Connected to the new cycleway you can be into the township or exploring the beaches and countryside with ease. Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.
