InnSaarn – modern oasis of well-being right on the edge of the forest in Mülheim-Saarn. This stylish new-build apartment for 1–3 people is spread over two floors and offers: a double bed (1.60 m) and a sofa bed (1.40 m) with hypoallergenic bedding, a separate cozy living area with TV, a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with minibar, a modern bathroom, a workstation, and a small outdoor seating area. Quiet, modern, with separate entrance & 24h self check-in/self check-out.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

Room 3, with the sofa bed, is a walk-through room.
