The house has its own parking with a large garden. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the backyard there is barbecue with all the equipment. On each floor there is an apartment type 3 +2 and 2 +2 type one. The apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and tableware. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV and wireless Internet. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach.
