We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was super simple with the check-in and the place was just as advertised with beautiful views of the water and the Badger. We have already asked if we could come back another time next summer! Easy walk to the lake and downtown. We loved it!

This is a delightful place to stay. The condo was clean, quiet, and the porch was lovely with direct views of the Badger ferry, the children's playground, and sculpture park right below us! Melissa and team did a great job walking us through garage and door access, and garbage removal. Every amenity was provided; from soap and shampoo to garbage bags and tin foil! Melissa made several suggestions for places to eat and it was great every time. I definitely recommend this condo!

A bathroom features a clean, modern design with a white toilet and sink. Light wood flooring complements the white cabinetry. A sign with fishing-themed text hangs above the mirror, which boosts natural light. Towels are neatly arranged, enhancing the space's freshness.

Ben was very responsive. We decided after we arrived that we wanted to stay an extra night. While our original room was unavailable, we were able to switch rooms first thing the next morning. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. We could cross the street and be at the beach or walk a few blocks and have a great dinner. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back !

We had a nice night away. Room was very clean and bright. Would stay again.

Great place. The price is just fine. I'd like the heater a little bit hotter, but... the same happens in all motels. I would return.

Nice place to stay in downtown Ludington. Really easy to find from the State Park/Lighthouse area and very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.

Our room looked exactly like the pictures. Being one block away from the beach was amazing. The heated pool was a great benefit as well since the weather wasn’t super warm during our stay. The location can’t be beat. Close to the beach and walkable to town and the marina.

As always, a perfect stay at the Beach house. Always clean, and ready to go. It’s a gorgeous spot right next to the beach and downtown. Perfect location.

Melissa was easy to work with, toured us thru the condo on arrival (helpful) and friendly. Condo had a beautiful view and very walkable to just about everything. Would recommend to others and definitely stay again if in the area.

Lakeside Explorer, at One Ludington Place

Ludington Explorer was very comfortable, clean, and located in a beautiful location. We enjoyed watching the Badger go out from the living room windows and balcony, and the views of the marina. The hosts have thought of everything. There was a Keurig with k-cups, beach chairs and towels for guest use, and lots of other little details. The unit was as pictured and described. We had a great time. Would stay again!
