House vacation rentals in Marzanello

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

Carolina's house was a great place to stay for a week! We were three couples traveling together, and the house was perfect for us - great location next to a cozy town, and not far from Napoli. The pool was wonderful, especially during hot days, the kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ and outdoors areas were really cosy. We came during a hot week, and were grateful for the fans during the night. Only one bedroom has aircondition, so the others can get a little hot at night (we were told beforehand though, so it wasn't a surprise!), but overall we had a wonderful stay, and would gladly come back again!

We were made to feel very welcome and the property was wonderful. The hosts were so kind and went out if their way to help and were so generous with the lovely cake!

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. On our way back to Naples, we planned a stop at the legendary Franco Pepe’s Pepe in Grani—but the real highlight came afterward: a hidden gem in the countryside. The 200-year-old house is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort—beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Surrounded by views, farm animals, and orange trees, it was so peaceful we wished we’d based our whole trip here. The hosts, Ilaria and her husband, were incredibly warm and thoughtful—like old friends. He picked fresh oranges, she made juice, and they even brought us fresh cheese and bread for breakfast. A tour of their farm was the cherry on top. With small shops and cozy local cafes nearby, this place was simply perfect. A true hidden gem!

A very nice stay in Cecilia's pretty blue house with superb mountain views and very nice decoration in the house. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Access is a bit tricky so plan to communicate well with Cecilia in order to get a parking space. A beautiful village that's quiet, relaxing and pleasant. I would really recommend it, Cecilia was very accommodating despite our late arrival following a change in our schedule, a big thank you again, very friendly and serious person. The only concern is that we did not stay longer 😅 and would have liked to stay longer in this beautiful soothing setting. See you in Best regards, Paul and family

What can we say about the soulful Giuseppe who met us, who settled us in his cute spiritual house, created all the conditions for living. I will remember the view from the balcony for a long and long time. Limoncello that his wife was insanely delicious. A cozy magnificent house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will recommend this house to all my friends that will come to the south of Italy and I will definitely come back with my family again

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

Motorcycle host available and welcoming, the house is perfect for three or four people, it is in the upper part of the hills, quiet and peaceful, has everything you need: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room all equipped with the necessary, fireplace, barbecue and terrace with beautiful views make the stay special! Recommended!

Perfect full-foot apartment in Marigliano! Cinzia is the perfect host!

Upon our arrival, Maria was waiting for us, very courteous, smiling and helpful. The apartment was clean, fragrant and tidy. Very clean sheets and towels. Coffee, milk, tea, croissants and bottles of water were available for us, all really nice. Clean kitchen with all appliances. Nothing was missing, we felt right at home! The garage was the icing on the cake! Recommended!

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

We came to town to eat at Pepe in Grani - this gave us a place to stay that was just a short walk away. Please give yourself time to have a cocktail on the side street before you head to dinner! The place was super clean and charming!

Second time staying here and once again amazing accommodation with exceptional hosting.

A group of friends and I decided to spend Easter Monday in this residence. What can I say, the cordiality and kindness of Mrs. Flora were impeccable, as well as the cleanliness and condition of the house, clean and cared for in every way. During the day we felt like we had always known that place, it was like being at home and Mrs. Flora did not set any limits, thus making the stay pleasant and fun. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day out of town, also considering the outdoor space that allows you to organize lunches and dinners even for large groups. Also very kind was Mr. Entico, Flora's husband, who also provided us with a dove to complete the menu of the day. I highly recommend stopping here.
