Vacation perfection at this 3BR/2BA home in Montego Bay! Outdoor pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, bay piers, and a nine-hole mini-golf course. Unwind on the screened porch after your day's adventures. The home's interior is beachy and comfortable. The living/kitchen/dining is open floorplan with a dining table for six. The three bedrooms include a queen in the master )with an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower), a full size in the second bedroom and a twin over full bunk in the third room. The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Things to do: * The beach, of course. * Cross into Delaware for tax-free shopping and exciting attractions. * Outdoor community pools (summer months) * Other community amenities include tennis, shuffleboard, nine hold mini-golf. The pools and mini-golf course are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the other amenities are open year-round. * Northside Park - Winterfest Light Festival, launch kayaks or visit the playgrounds. Things to know: * No Pet, No Smoking, No Parties. * Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. * Must be 25 or older to rent this home. Be prepared to show identification. * Access to the home has four steps. * This home has a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. * This home resides in a noise-sensitive area there is a noise ordinance in effect in Ocean City. It is unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The open floor plan provides guests with lots of room to socialize and bond, but also has secluded bedrooms that provides needed privacy. The outdoor living area is to die for. Sit back and watch the sun set over the canal while you catch up with friends or loved one. Use our bikes!

Our rowhouse is direct OCEAN front and steps from the beach. Walk in on ground level and up to beachfront. Go up one more level to two large bedrooms, one with stunning direct ocean front views. Watch for dolphins and whales from the upstairs balcony or stay downstairs and watch the kids play outside the backdoor. The ocean is just on the other side of the sand dune. Oceanhaven is located in the low density stretch of Ocean City, with the least crowded and widest sections of beach.
